I was looking for a relatively inexpensive pair of polarized, copper colored lens sunglasses for driving, because I had read that at the copper colored lenses were best for driving to improve contrast and visibility. Also, I wanted a polarized lens in order to reduce glare. However, because I was leery that I would truly see a difference from my Ray bans (I have both a gray lens and green lens set of Wayfarers), I didn't want to spend a great deal of money. I also didn't want to invest a lot in these sunglasses because because I intended to use them mostly just for driving. After a couple weeks of use, I am really happy that I purchased these sunglasses. There is a noticeable improvement in contrast over my Ray Bans, and because the lenses are not as dark as my Ray Bans, I can wear them cloudy, overcast and rainy weather. In fact, I was recently driving across state on a freeway in driving rain, and the water and mist churned up by passing trucks made it very difficult to see. I never would've thought of wearing sunglasses in this kind of weather – and didn't appreciate there was so much glare from the water and mist churned up by the trucks – but after putting on the sunglasses, my visibility improved greatly.The glasses are well-made and sturdy. My only criticism is that when the sun is low on the horizon and is coming head-on or from the side, there is a reflection off the nose pieces that appears on the lens as slight circular shiny ring. I'm not sure what if anything can be done about this – I looked at the material used for the nose pieces, and its rubberized and/or painted black and is not particularly shiny itself. But it is something that I noticed when bright sunlight is coming in either directly from in front or from the side. It's the only reason I did not give these classes a five star rating.

UPDATING MY REVIEW....Living in Michigan, we haven't had much sun... Attempted to wear them :/Nice sunglasses.. BUT! They are out of adjustment/crooked on the face ...Temples (ear pieces) are Wobbly... I contacted the seller NOT Amazon... Sent them the pictures they requested, I haven't heard a thing back...Worried I would run out of time to to send them back... So I have no choice but to send them back to Amazon...I don't want to get stuck with a broken/defective pair of sunglasses... Disappointed in the seller....

It's unfortunate that I need to write this review as I actually really liked these sunglasses. The first pair lasted over a year before the blue on the lens started rubbing off. So I bought another pair. This time it was only 4 months and the blue started rubbing off and I can no longer see through the lenses. I figured that they are cheap sunglasses and the company wouldn't have a problem replacing them so I emailed and sent pictures. They told me that they could only refund half of my money since it's been 4 months. I told them that I would just like a replacement pair, no refund needed. They said that since it's been 4 months, they could not send me a replacement, as if 4 months is some sort of reasonable amount of time for their product to last. I told them that if that's all the longer they expect their product to last, I will no longer be buying their products.

These are just very light yellow plastic. A test for polarization using a smart phone LCD shows hardly any change at all. In fact, there may be zero change and it is only my imagination that the glasses become darker when turned perpendicularly to the screen. Unlike my DOCU sunglasses, which ARE polarized, and will turn a much darker shade when turned perpendicular to the LCD screen. I will probably return these glasses and look for some that are more polarized which should help with the glare of oncoming traffic lights at night.

This is a good quality product. It comes in a carrying case with cleaning cloth and a tool to keep screws tight. I purchased three pairs and I'm pleased with my purchase. They wrap around my face decent enough to block the sun from my periphery. I dropped a pair and they did not break. So far I've had them for a few weeks and I'm happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this sunglasses for my boyfriend,he really love it!He took $150 bought a Oakley sunglasses last week.He can't believe this sunglasses only $22.The sunglasse come with hard case,gift box,pouch,cleaning cloth,screwdriver and polarized test card,which his expensive Oakley sunglasses didn't even come with.The sunglasses is really dark could reduce glare and provides 100% of UVA and UVB radiation protection that he needs.He particularly like the springs at the hinges.

I normally wear expensive sunglasses. I purchased these to replace the cheap sunglasses I wear when doing things that might damage my good sunglasses. These are now my primaries. I have been wearing them for a week and they are terrific. Quality metal frames with strong springs. Ordered brown lenses and they significantly reduce glare. I will buy another pair.

As to the question "did they meet my expectations" I will not be able to accurately answer that until, if and or when i have to test the lifetime warranty. However, the sun glasses are comfortable and everything that i expected. Time will be the true test of my satisfaction. My hope is to never have to test the warranty.
