Great Deal for Travel
The greatest value from this 2-in-1 sonic oral device is the water flosser. The waterpik is fairly efficient at cleaning between the gums. It is an added asset to have an attachable toothbrush head for travel but its performance is not as impressive as that of the water flosser. The overall performance is good enough as to exclude an additional sonic toothbrush for short time travel.A glass or cup from a hotel room can be filled with the tap water which is needed for the fluid stream through the thin suction cable. I found that a small children's cup of roughly 4-ounce liquid capacity is sufficient for throughly flossing the entire mouth. It is possible that a small paper or styrofoam cup may also be employed without it tipping over.I had some problems a few times in which there was no jet water stream from the pick. This was easily remediated by placing the thin suction tubing in the water cup, turning the center power button on, and sucking out the air until there is a flow of water. It is definitely a good asset if you don't mind the addition of the suction tube and the cup for its operation. Another plus is that it eliminates clutter because it is USB cable charged. Not a bad way to keep in your pocket ten--10 to thirty--30 dollars by holding back from the more popular brands such as Phillips and Sonicare.

Powerful and compact
I've wanted to get a water flosser forever, but we just don't have the bathroom real estate for one of the big bulky tank ones. I was worried this wouldn't be that powerful, since it is so compact, but it is AMAZING. It is beyond powerful, and does a great job. I'm so happy with this. Even better, it comes with two of the flosser heads, so my husband and I each have one. So happy with my purchase.

Had it for one month, and already the battery won't charge
The charging cord is loose, so when you put the peg into the portal hole in the brush it falls right out. I wasn't impressed, but I propped it in a way so it stayed in for the initial charge figuring it wasn't worth the hassle of sending it back if I could ultimately get it to charge with the loose cord. The lights indicating its charging progress didn't light up in the sequence it indicated in the instructions, but the toothbrush seemed to charge anyway so I didn't worry about it. Yesterday the brush sounded like it was running low on energy, so I plugged it in to charge it with its ridiculous loose cord. Even when I propped it, no light came on and it didn't charge. Of course, the window for returns closed a few days ago, so it's no doubt my loss. I will try to contact the seller and will update my review with their response. But even if the seller is helpful, I would say this is unfortunately not a good product.

Not horrible but I'd pass.
Well it isn't the best or the worst, but I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it. The setup was a nightmare, and the directions (printed in haphazard English) were nonsensical and unhelpful. The waterpix pressure is REALLY intense; (regardless of the setting.) It actually made my boyfriend's gums bleed; (and he is a daily flosser.) It also made my tonsil bleed! Be VERY careful when using the waterpix. The toothbrush is pretty good, it works well. My BIGGEST gripe with this product is when you use the water pix you have to supply the water source, it doesn't have a water tank. So I have to grab a separate glass of water, stick the tube in it, and then hook the tube up to the device. It's a lot of trouble. The batter life is so-so but that wasn't a huge concern. The first time you use this device it also has an undecipherable taste, almost plasticy? That was super off-putting. I'm used to the set up of this product now, but in the beginning it was a hassle. This product isn't the worst, but next time I'd pay a little extra for a better one.

Great product for the price
Pros : The flossing system is great. I can use the brush too and it does not hurt. I’d love some extra replacement brushes, other than that, this stuff looks great overall. Clean LED indicators working perfectly, and the unique floss task idea makes it a good value product.Cons : Battery drained relatively fast to my philips brush. That’s the only thing. Not really a con, just something to keep in mind.

Best little Flosser I've found yet
I got this due to having to get molar implants and my Dentist recommend I get a water flosser. I bought this one so I could take it along with me anywhere I go and I tell you it is magnificent!!! A Joy to behold and I'm not kidding. It's the easiest thing I've ever used. I can have as much water as I want for thorough cleaning of my teeth, because all you do is drop the water intake hose into whatever container size you want to use and turn it on. Also, I never have to replace a battery since it's rechargeable and one charge lasts for days! But one of the best perks for me, since I have lost some of the power in my hands, is there is nothing to pull apart for adding water or batteries! Very compatible for those with Arthritis or diminished hand grip.I would HIGHLY recommend this product to any one who needs a water flosser.

Worth the money ... consider my trouble shooting/ maintenance tip.
This has been worth the money. I like the suction hose option instead of a large container on the counter. I blow thru the tub after each use to get rid of standing water and run the pick til all the water is out. The battery has lasted weeks for me, so added plus, not having a charging unit on the counter either. The only negative consideration: if there is water in the unit (say after waterflossing) the brush attachment does not engage or vibrate as it should. After I blow air into the opening a few times it usually does work though. The brush also seemed rather weak in vibrations at first but I've come to like its more gentle power, my teeth feel just as clean and it's gentle on my receeding gums. Overall, a good purchase!
