Awesome Xlear Natural spray
Awesome! I've been using Xlear for several years now. It is all natural. I use it alot for prevention if im in a large crowd. This will help kill germs that you breathe in and stop it before entering further up into your sinuses. I highly recommend!

This stuff is gold. Having gotten the ick, I was desperate to get rid of it. The day I knew I was sick, i placed this order and got it within three hours. Was able to use immediately and the viral load in my sinuses is MUCH less then, it would be.If I were relying on just my immune system. I will never not have this in the medicine cabinet.

Expensive saline spray with benefits due to the addition of Xylitol
This is a saline nasal spray with xylitol. Xylitol supposedly helps to reduce any inflammation and keeps nasal bacteria down to low levels. It also supposedly cleanses nasal passages and moisturizes better than saline spray alone. Compared with regular saline spray, I didnt find much difference in effect except for perhaps longer lasting moisturization. The price is about 5 times that of regular saline spray. Is it worth it? I dont think so, altho my ENT doc says it is.
