ClosetMaid Modular Storage Shelf Unit with 3 Shelves, White

We decided to redo our master closet as it was a wire closet system that had collected so much dust over the years it looked terrible, and cleaning between all the wires was not going to happen. Having a professional company come out to do our closet would have been great, but have you seen their prices? No thanks. Anyway, We found the Closet Maid Modular system and decided to do it ourselves. This is actually our 2nd and 3rd time putting this shelf together, so it went a lot faster. They look great, and are sturdy. The instructions were easy enough for us to figure out, and our closet looks great.

I am always weary about purchasing these type of shells due to them always being flimsy. However, I would totally recommend this brand! It was so simple to put together, and I did it all by myself, which I was super proud of myself. It is sturdy and feels like it could last many years. It also is nice looking.

These are great shelving units. I say these because I ended up ordering 2 MORE cause they are so nice! Easy to put together.

Pretty quick to assemble by myself and I’m a 51 yo woman. I added the optional glass doors so it looks even better. Its not real wood but what do you expect for this price point. Looks decent and I feel it will last pretty long. Overall, it fits as an extra storage in my walk in closet by itself. Seems to hold a lot of folded clothes. I probably will purchase another for more clothes.

I absolutely love these closet maid modular pieces. I bought the white and would say it is a true white matches my trim really well. You can customize them and your closet to your needs. It arrived in perfect condition. Very functional, sturdy, and the shelves can be moved to fit your storage needs. I did everything by myself but I do say box itself is heavy. Will definitely buy again when I get the itch to finish my husband’s side.

Love the quality. We bought them again and again. My husband is very picky when it comes to building your furniture and quality . We kept on buying them and everything is organized in our closet. Well worth it and you can even stack them! I would buy more if I had the space!!

Used this for my daughter’s closet. Was easy to put together. Just needed a screw driver and a hammer.

Re-doing and painting my study, so needed better shelves in the closet for storage. Shelf unit came quickly and was easy to put together. Just lay the pieces out - check the pictures to the pieces with the holes - and if they are laid all out, just follow the pictures and directions. One thing is the cardboard backing does have a top and bottom direction - you will have to look carefully at the indents for the nail holes and make sure they line up properly with the sides and bottom board pieces. One person certainly could put this together, but to have two to flip the unit over, etc. is beneficial. Does look fashionable and sturdy.

Easy to assemble, very good directions and illustrations, that you most often you do not get!! It is laminated particle board but is sturdy and looks very nice. Would like one more shelf but that is me.

Sturdy, good looking. The caps in the last step were a little tight to push in so I put a bit of dish soap on the stem before pushing on to the camlocks. The pre-punched nail holes on the backing were great to have. Just make sure it is the right way around before nailing.

This looks nice, easy to build and a good value for the money.
