Mil-Spec 7" Remote Activation Dual Switch with Snap-on Switch Platform for Scoutlight Weaponlight + ATPIAL Laser Device, Black

I ordered 2 of these off of Amazon that Mid-south had in stock. I was fortunate enough to get them both from the same company and, in spite of the holidays, they were shipped out the same day I ordered them and I receive them two days after the holiday. Mid-south was quick to follow up with me to ensure that I received my items and was satisfied with my order and transaction. In the future, I will seek to order items from them first, if they have them in stock because their customers Service was great. Their level of support and attentiveness to quality customer service means a great deal to me. Regarding the SR07-D-IT remote dual tape switch, it was exactly what I would expect from a company like Surefire. They make great, quality products. I'm really not a fan of tape switches, if I can get by without them, but with a light and an IR laser, I personally find it rather difficult to run without them. Just my two cents. Just know that this model is great and works exactly as described and if you find the product you're looking for

It's been hit or miss if these work with my Steiner laser devices, but I just keep switching them out until I find a switch that works. After using these for many years, I can vouch for the durability and function. One thing I have come learn is I only use the 9 inch version, instead of the 7. The 7 inch was too short to be considered universal for SMGs, SBRs, and rifle length firearms. The 9 inch version makes this switch work with any platform. It shorts out intermittently. Bought it and first time in a night shooting/ nvg class it shorts out and will not work. Did it at the beginning so it has not been through anything that could cause it to do this no water or weather. Brand new out of the box it started doing it on both the light and peq15. Not happy at all.

I trust Surefire implicitly. I've carried their lights all over the world on half a dozen deployments, including several to combat zones. They have never let me down. The few times I've managed to damage or break an item or accessory Surefire has fixed or replaced it for free and in usually just days. This switch is fantastic and makes using multiple rifle mounted accessories much easier on the user. One plug in works on the Streamlight/Laser Devices plug, the other on the standard Surefire plug. There is no constant on build into the pressure pad, just momentary. I used it for a Surefire IR/White light weapon mounted light and a LDI DBAL and it works wonderfully.

Yeah, it's the pumpkin spiced latte of pressure pads but that's because it works and we enjoy shelling out a day's pay to turn our flashlight on. I'm just glad I didn't get a knock off.

Works great and slides right onto a magpul rail section.

Works perfectly with an ATPIAL-C and a Surefire 600V series light.
