I've started running and I had issues with my laces being too tight. So, I re-laced my shoes and would twist the bow and tuck it under the first laces. This worked, but sometimes the laces would come out during the run and I would have to stop and re-twist and tuck the laces. I had to do this enough times that I decided to look for an alternative.I read the reviews, even though I was afraid that they were going to make my shoes too tight, I bought them. They come with pictures showing how to make them regular, loose, and tight. I tried the regular and it was too tight, for my liking. I tried the loose and it was still a little tight. So I modified the loose (see pictures) which fits perfectly! It's so nice to be able to slide my shoes on and have the perfect lace tension!I really like them.These are great! They work perfectly and solve all the problems with standard laces. Nice clean, flat look that never gets dirty and you never have to tie your shoes again.These fit perfectly in my Vans lace ups and provide a snug fit and plenty of stretch to put them on.I will be using these on every pair of shoes from now on.

Easy to use, but my daughter did complain about it poking her feet for the first week or two.

Expect to spend some time inserting into the lace holes of your shoe. You have to wrestle to get them in. But once you do, they're great. So nice not to have to tie your gym shoes. Not sure you could remove them without having to cut them, so make sure you have the correct size you need for each row before you put them in.

I like these, but one of them broke while I was putting it into my shoe. They are pretty difficult to get through the holes on your shoes, but once they're in, I believe they will stay.

Fun to have on shoes, makes it easier and faster to put on shoes. Are a bugger to get on the shoes.

As I get in and out of my car the little white buttons keep coming off and getting lost so now I am missing 2 buttons and it looks like heck. They need to redesign them so the back side of the button is wider and longer!

After awhile they start popping out..... disappointing

Perfect easy we’re and durable...even at the gym. No more dragging loose laces on the treadmill until I can stop.
