I purchased this Brio water dispenser to replace an old dispenser that wasn’t working great and so far I love it. The design is sleek and fits perfectly with all my furniture. This dispenser is simple to use as well as easy to clean. Water comes out almost ice cold and the hot water is perfect for tea. I wish I had invested in a Brio machine sooner, I love it!

After two or three years of having primo delivery, I realized filtering my own water would be far more cost efficient.I purchased this and a zero water filter that sits where the 5 gal bottle would go.This dispenser arrived a couple days late, was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday and did not arrive till Thursday, but given the reviews and photos that show damaged on arrival machines, I’m glad Amazon took their time to make sure it was delivered safely.This system has been a wonderful replacement for the rental unit. The buttons are so much easier to press than the lever style things on the primo rental, and the dispensing area is big enough to hold a water bottle while filling, there is also a room temperature button that yes given the placement of the chiller dispenses colder than room temperature water, but it’s still a great benefit to have this button as I can dispense water bypassing the heater and chiller using that button if I’m going to use it in something like my coffee maker or CPAP machine.The only downsides are the dispensing area is rather low by comparison to the rental unit and there is no light.Overall I think it’s an upgrade compared to what I had before and combined with the zero water filter system it’ll pay itself off within a year.

I had the same experience as the reviewer "W" did. In fact I used one of "W's" photos in this review because the pic came out better. Thanks W.My unit arrived in a perfect undamaged box. I opened the box to find my unit "damaged". Inspecting it more I determined yeah it's damaged, but it was from the factory that way and they shipped it out anyways. I took my unit apart to see if I could fix it. The front panel was so warped and misassembled that the water stream would miss the bottles I was trying to fill. The front panel slides into the frame very snugly with directional tabs and then is held by a few screws. The assemblers failed to engage the tabs correctly and then cross threaded the screws because nothing lined up correctly. This actually bent the metal frame up somewhat and broke the panel at one of the screw retainers. That panel goes into place so stiffly that I think it's the reason so many others have received units with that dent in the upper right area. Lot's of force was used to get it in place correctly. My unit now appears to look ok however the front cover is broke in a location that cant be seen on the outside, my 2nd picture.I not sure if I will let it slide. Disappointed that something "new" came like this especially for the price point. Don't want to be bothered by a return or a exchange. Like "W's" review the white plastic piece under the bottle adapter collar was just thrown in and not installed. I figured it out but the instructions don't mention it expect to say it should be removed when cleaning. In fact I could not find info on the three lights and how they operate. The yellow one should always be on it shows that it's powered on. The other 2 only light when it's running to heat or cool. When the red or blue lights are off then the water is at the proper temperatures.

Bought this for my son's new house. Seems to work well, however, recently it has started to make a noise that sounds like water is running. Nothing is leaking that we can find. Hoping this isn't a sign of a short usage life as it was a tad pricey.UPDATEThe unit started leaking and got very hot(including water remaining in bottle). Amazon made an exeption and is allowing me to return but I have to pay a restocking fee since it was past the 30 day cut off. We have been unable to reach BRIO for any warranty info. Would not recommend this unit.

We returned our rented cooler because of escalating rental fees. This unit will pay for itself in about 2.5 years. It is attractive and works well. It has 2 convenient switches that allow you to disable the cooler or heater to save energy.

Just got mine and I am so happy! Looks so beautiful with all my appliances and the perfect size! I have been searching for a good dispenser for sometime now and this is it! Water is the perfect cold and hot when you need it fast. So easy to use and love that the dispenser buttons are on too so kids can’t reach. Very satisfied and have referred to all my friends.
