I purchased this 17.5” portable DVD player recently. I absolutely love it. The screen is larger than I thought and the picture is very clear. The volume works great. It’s simple to use. I’m looking forward to enjoying all the family movies I had changed over to DVDs. This DVD player is simple to use. Great for all ages. I’m very happy with my purchase. This is a great portable DVD Player. I've been using it for about a month now without any problems and with a variety of DVDs. It performs as written up in the promotion and has actually exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for the price. The sound is good and it has a nice size screen. It responds to the remote without any issues. Recharging does not seem to be a problem. I have kept the player in one place but imagine that it would travel well. The company has an excellent and very responsive support team.

Just received my Boifun 17.5 portable dvd player. Easy to charge, set up and start watching movies. I tested five of my dvds and then watched two movies. Plenty of battery power left, great picture, wonderful screen size. When I first started shopping for a portable dvd player, I noticed several times the Biofun reviews commented wonderful customer service. Of course no matter how good any product you order is, you can get a unit with a problem. So, customer service is huge to me. Some of the other brands had negative customer service comments. Do note this is AC recharge only. It has lots of other features too, but I am too technologically backward to know what they mean.

It was so easy to get started on after charging. Then I just put a DVD into it to watch. I love the size of the screen and the colors was so clear and very good.

Does exactly as it should, plays DVD's with good picture and sound. Very light with a wonderful battery life. Absolutely massive screen size, with a great remote with control buttons.

I got this portable DVD player because I wanted to watch my favorite movies without having to find them on different streaming platforms. I didn’t realize that DVD’s were so cheap now. I got 15 movies for $35! They fit well in the player and the picture looks fantastic! The sound is clear and the big buttons make it easy to use. They have English subtitles programmed into the setup which is perfect because I love watching movies with them. I did have to turn the brightness up because it was on 0, but it looks good on +1. The screen is HUGE and it looks like a computer. I will absolutely be bringing this along on my next trip. Overall, it’s a great buy! I wish I would have purchased one sooner.

This is an amended review overriding my previous one, because the first Boifun portable DVD player was a rare defect. I communicated with the seller, who has since sent me a replacement. The replacement player, which was checked by the technicians to ensure that it worked, has proven to be the best portable DVD player that I have ever owned. Boifun is a high quality brand name, which is seen in the build's sturdy and solid, well-made, quality. The video quality is superb. It is relatively inexpensive, given its superior quality. I made certain to fully charge the battery, even if I play it on AC electricity. Thank you CMD-US TECH for your excellent product and superior service. I am definitely a happy Boifun portable DVD player fan, looking forward to many years of use.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! Quality is amazing and plays movies super clear!! The screen rotation is a plus! It’s a perfect size and the battery life is good. Look no further and purchase this portable DVD player. Awesome alternative for an iPad where you have no control over what your kids watch on YouTube. My son only watches movies on this Portable DVD player now. Love it! And he loves it too!

After loading it shows NO Disc. Now I can't use it. Utterly disappointed.

I am so happy with my DVD player. It arrived faster than expected and in perfect condition. I love how simple it is to operate. It has exceeded all my expectations! The picture and sound quality are surprisingly great. The adjustments to the volume and light are easy to do also. I like the bigger screen and find that I am not using the sync to TV as much as I had expected to, even though it works well and easily. It works equally well with the battery or plugged in. It is great to be able to adjust the screen sideways as well as forward and backward. I like how portable it is and am looking forward to using it on our next road trip. I have already ordered 2 more for other family members. I recommend this DVD player, especially for seniors and children.

I had read that this DVD PLAYER was perfect for kids and seniors, and this is very True. It has a beautifully large screen that is easy to see and the picture and sound quality are excellent. It also doesn't have a thousand useless buttons, but instead has the basic On Off, Chanel Switch, and Volume... Sweet, Simple, and all that you need, to enjoy your favorite Dvds... and I do, very often, as the television has less and less to offer, in quality programs. I would certainly buy this product again.

This product is better than I anticipated and gives good value for your money. The controls are very explicit and easy to use, & the 15.6” screen makes it very comfortable to watch a movie as if it was on a TV. The swivel screen can truly turn 270 degrees and flip it 180 degrees to allow view from different seating and have the DVD Player placed on a stable surface. However, the image resolution is generally good but can sometimes be low and goes off as it needs higher resolutions and needs more pixels per inch; the sound is good, the battery allows you to watch movies not for 6 hours but 4 hours. Overall, it's a good product.
