Not happy. Bought these for trainers which it says it sticks well to, but then ONLY on the little note in the box does it say it doesn't fit well to fabric surfaces. What do you think the inside of almost all trainers are? Oh that's right! Fabric! Won't stick to my trainers and instead slips about and sticks to my socks! Bloody useless! If they don't fit on fabric surfaces then tell us before purchase! Also the adhesive isn't that strong in the first place either! 0 out of 5 stars. Wouldn't have bought these in the first place if the relevant information was given.

I was very hopeful for these. My shoes are about a half size too big and these sounded great. But to be honest they didn’t make that much difference. And they stayed in place less than a week. Maybe would work with shoes a bit closer to size. They did feel comfortable and I was surprised they didn’t stay in place as they did feel very sticky.

On opening I noticed the box did not show the exact contents - showed different product therefore wondered if I had been sent the wrong thing. On opening it was indeed the correct item and used it on a pair of trainers that were a little bigThe grip have a nice padded gel area - feels comfy so far but wonder how long they will stay stuck as the type of shoes they are in are used for sport/walking/gym etc and are stuck to a fabric area rather than leather. So far so good though.

I should've read more of the reviews! Despite claiming that they'll work in training shoes etc, once you open the packet you're greeted with an instruction leaflet that tells you they won't work on fabric. These have the adhesive qualities of a post-it note with regards to fabric so don't waste your money if the heels of your footware are fabric-lined. Can't be bothered to send them back as the cost was small so will use them for something else......

These are quality heel grips - gel filled, but they have a rather slippery fabric covering the gel. This is important as I tend to get blisters if there's too much friction. They are massively better than the foam-based heel grips which I have found to be less durable.I would definitely choose these gel filled heel grips over the foam-based every time. The surface of the grip has a very bouncy feeling, but they are still maintaining their structure when a compression force is applied.They are also fairly thin, making them easier to fit if the size of the shoe is closer to the actual size of the foot.Overall, I can't really fault the product.

i purchased these due to heel slip on a new pair of running trainers. I stuck them in, left them overnight so that they should stick really well. All the heel grips come the same thickness and were not thick enough for my needs. I used a shoe horn to put the trainers on so as not to unstick the grips. I only walked around the house and both heel grips came unstuck. The adhesive is not adequate, not fit for purpose.

I bought these for a couple pairs of running trainers where the backs have worn away and they do help a lot and it means I'll be able to extend the use of the trainers before I have to replace them. But, they aren't very sticky and often need fixed on with additional adhesion (not supplied) or just replaced. I haven't tried them yet on shoes that are too big but will. But for extending the life of my running trainers, they've been great.
