I do not recommend this product if you have extremely long hair I brushed my hair several times before use and also brushed each strand individually before placing it inside the machine. My hair got stuck and I had to cut it free luckily I have lots of hair and I was doing an underneath section so it isn't noticeable

Very fidly to use. Doesn't like a lot of hair in the machine or hair gets stuck. Wife has shoulder length hair and curling took at least an hour with this product.

Only tried to use product in September after buying in August, it burnt my hair and got it stuck in several tunes, despite following instructions. Asked hairdresser to try too and they also couldn't use it. Please may I have a refund?

Ok I just have to write a review about this hair curler. I read all the reviews and as I needed my hair curly but wasnt able to go to the hair dressers I took a chance. WOW am I glad I did, my curls were amazing lasted for 3 days.... I have arthritis in my hands and get cramp in my arms if I lift them above my head for a short time. This can be very painful. With this curler I was able to curl my own help on my own😁😁👏👏. If your not sure weather to buy or not just do it. Read the instruction, you good hair products and make sure you washed your hair at least the day before. I dont think I will wear my hair straight again as this was so quick and fun to use.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would of given it that. I brought this based on all the reviews saying how amazing it was. I was bit nervous to try it but was reassured with all the positive reviews. I feel so angry and cheated my hair got stuck in the curler felt like my hair was being pulled as it got spun in the curler when I went to release my hair got stuck and started smelling burning I panicked and screamed for my husband to help he some how managed to get my hair out. Honestly thought at one point I'd have to cut my hair, I'm lucky I only burned and damaged my hair and didn't have to have it cut out. Would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone really upset how much I feel let down and conned

All that seems to happen regardless of how thin a strand of hair you insert is it tangles around it. It is currently in a drawer as good as new as its impossible to work

It looked good from the reviews but don't be fooled! I tried it on myself and couldn't get my hair to curl, no matter what setting I put it on! I tried it on my sister and that's when disaster struck! Maybe it didn't like her hair? I did it as shown and waited for the beep. No beep yet the hair was getting heated! I tried to take it out of her hair but it was stuck. I tried as much as I could but in the end we had to cut her hair! I haven't touched it since then. I value the length of my hair too much to risk it!
