No longer in a lab but still appreciate accuracy
I recently got into fish keeping but I live in a small apt. So, to ensure good water parameters in a smaller volume/tank, I needed a pipette so I could add accurate amounts of water conditioners/bacteria/ferts/Co2 to my tank with out killing my shrimp and fish. This allows me to accurately add smaller volumes to the water

Loose fit

These are packed so tightly that they were bent when I received the shipment. They work mostly. Slightly difficult to use in a multi-channel pipette with pipette tips not straight :-\

Warped in autoclave
I autoclaved these at 121C for 15 minutes and they warped. Still functional, but sometimes a little hard to get the tip on. Otherwise, they were cheap and function as intended.

Hit or miss
Great value but most do not fit pipette. Hit or miss in bag due to high variability within the package. Most just fall out after putting tip in. Some do stay (10%-25% on average for these bags).
