I was terribly constipated for 5 days. It was horribly painful trying to go because it was massive, very dry and impacted. I've been using these for years off and on as needed. No issues going up and none coming out. It causes a spasm amd gets the muscles working so you can actually go. It's brought so much relief and I can count on these to work a 100 percent of the time. I've had no weird side effects with them and no damage. If you are suffering from constipation these will most likely cure it within seconds. If not, then try their enema.
