The video quality was great but I had to return it because the microphone was broken. Also linking the camera to your phone can my temperamental!

The battery power is poor. I bought a second camera as a back up. After 2 months one of the cameras would not charge up. I returned it to the manufacturer. They have had it for over 5 weeks now, apparently the charger board has failed. they keep replying it will be fixed and repaired ASAP but nothing happens. Returned still faulty it doesn't come on correctly and the only way I can switch it off is to hold down a function button for 20 secondsNow they won't reply to my emails. They have now replied and have asked me to return the camera again. Thought it was good news but Chan at the support helpline doesn't want to talk to me again. I opened the camera and can see that the Insta service engineer has stressed and damaged the thin tracking cable. They won't even send me a replacement cable so that I can fix it myself. They describe themselves as Titanic ... the customer support has hit an iceberg and sunk!...
