Very Good Product
This product worked great for my pool. It was easy to install and easy to adjust the float for the water level shut off.

It works fine, we will see how long it keeps working. This is my pool shutoff valve.
The brass shutoff valve for pools stopped working after just 2 months. this valve I think will work better because of the rubber tip inside.

8 years isn't bad for $16
This lasted about 8 years before the brass shaft rusted and broke off. 8 years isn't bad for $16, so I reordered one.

Direct replacement - simple to install
Direct replacement for my 18 year old auto fill. Only took a few minutes to install.

Broken
Mine came with the small cap on the end missing make the valve useless. Of course I did not even notice this as it was about 4 weeks after I received this that I actually tried to install it. Then it's too late to return. Lesson learned, don't wait until after the possible return date to use or install what you purchase.

Perfectly fits and seems like a great brass replacement

Copper float arm failed after 6 months
I have slightly acidic well water and the copper float arms on these valves tend to fail at the pivot point after several years. But this last valve the arm failed after only 6 months. Note in the picture the stainless steel part of the pivot is still in good condition.I may attempt to create an arm from a stainless steel bolt as these valves otherwise work well.
