How to seperate it into 2 individual sleeping bags?

It is like 2 sleeping bags zipped together. Just unzip all the away around (2 zippers that meet in the bottom middle so each person has their own). In fact, you can use it as 2 individual bags if needed. It's the camping equivalent to having your significant other sleep on the couch.

How much does the single sleeping bag weigh if it weighs 3 lb as a double?

The Sleepingo Double sleeping bag WEIGHTS Just under 6 Pounds, (5lbs and 10 ounces). VERY LIGHT considering the size and its double capacity, Yet warm enough for COOL nights outdoors! Unfortunately, the weight information can only be changed by Amazons FBA team, I tried getting this information corrected multiple times trough emails and phone calls to no avail. Will keep trying. What temperature is this bag rated for?

At 9000 feet in the rockys. The bag doesn't perform well at 51F. Requires 4 extra blankets to stay warm. 1 below and 3 above. Shouldn't be classified as a cold weather bag.

What is the material on the inside? Is it cloth like or like the outside of the bag?

The inside is nothing like the outside! The outside seems crunchy and noisy to me, but the inside is soft and smooth. Not quite as nice as a flannel lining, but still very soft. I was skeptical of the inside because I don't like bags with a synthetic lining, but the cotton in the blend gives it a more comfortable feel, like soft silky bedsheets.
