Not packed well with enough chill packs. Only one chill pack. Pack was melted and warm. Product became overheated and spoiled. Had to throw away

This cheese was delicious! We baked it for Christmas Eve and served it with hot Apricot Jam on the top. Yummy!

Tasted good, shipping too expensive.

This is a tough call, but I've found their Brie to be superb on some occasions(5 star French country style) and 2 star at other times---not sure why, but maybe their QA needs some attention. Depending on luck this can be an outstanding or mediocre.

I was amazed to see that this Brie was made in California, I assumed it must be French because it tastes so great. That is about as high a compliment as I can give. Well done to the people who make it.

If I could give this no stars I would. Their cheese may be great but their management sucks. To have a reliable employee work for you over 10yrs then flat out fire them because they have slowed down??? Isn't that discrimination??? As far as this company goes they can eat my shorts! Hopefully that employee files a suit against you folks! Cheers!
