Smoked Mozzarella - 1 ball

I used this product to make a cheese dip that was to die for! The description did not include the weight of the cheese. I did not realize that it was only 1 pound and the "expedited" shipping was very costly! Great taste but probably won't order again unless the shipping is more reasonable.

I love this cheese, it doesn't fall apart in fresh boiled water, so I often cut it up and eat it with soup, the flavor seeps into everything else very yummy.

This cheese had a great smoked flavor, not over powering as some can be. It worked very well with must of my grilled recipes.
