Fixerman for iPhone X OLED [NOT LCD] Screen Replacement 5.8 inch, 3D Touch Display Digitizer Assembly with Repair Tools, Compatible with Model A1865, A1901, A1902

I purchased this screen after I broke my screen for the second time in a month. The first time I paid $180 to fix it with an OLED and it was pretty good, but it had some ghosting issues. This screen is much better. It has the slightest ghosting effect, but much better than the last one I had installed by a cellphone repair shop. They fixed it in 10 minutes, so being handy, I figured I could do the same. The kit comes with everything you need and includes a nifty magnetic screw tray which has the phone guts imprinted on it which allows you to easily keep track of all the tiny screws and where they go by color code. I would recommend you have a magnifying glass handy to help you see what you are doing. Those screws are SMALL! Also, be sure to put the Gasket in place before you reattach all the cables from the new screen to the phone body. It took me about a half hour to install. You will need em follow the (very good) directions and make sure you gently heat the Old screen to loosen the factory waterproofing adhesive, or else you could damage the phone trying to pry off the old screen. So far this screen seems to be excellent quality. The pixels are crisp and screen sensitivity to my fingers is spot on. I won’t hesitate to repurchase if I break my screen again.

The screen have very good brightness and the colors looks great, pretty close to the original. I installed the mine but unfortunately I noticed like a “water mark” every time when switch between the apps and some imperfection in the touch screen but still functional. I did the claim and they refund my money and didn’t have to to send back the screen. They are very professional and very friendly customer service. I will order a new one soon! I recommend this product.

It works well and comes with many small and helpful tools. I really liked the magnet mat to keep screws in order while working on it. The screen it self works well. It’s not nearly as good as an original, and the quality difference is very clear, but works…for the most part. There is no way this is an OLED screen and if it is then this is actually the worst one I’ve ever come into contact with. Another problem is that on the rare occasion the screen glitches out and has a few false presses on the screen. It’s annoying and inconvenient to say the least.Edit:The screen has a lot of “ghost pixels”, which can be pretty annoying. Some Pixels also struggle to match the true black and therefore looks off sometimes. Overall, I can’t really recommend this screen. The quality isn’t the best and I would recommend looking somewhere else. It still works just fine but visually it’s not really worth the price. I would also be very cautious of other 5 star reviews as the company offers a $5 Amazon gift card if given a perfect review. However, they don’t even give that out.Update 2: It it just past the year with this screen replacement it is already broken. I had phantom movements for a while and not is filled with dead pixels and an "ink stain" look to the screen, which sadly proves that this was never an OLED screen to begin with.

For about $100 the screen is pretty good! It beats having to pay $290 at Apple. Installation was easy and the screen quality is up to par, obviously it’s not the original Apple screen so don’t expect the screen to be of that quality, but it does the job for the price point!

This worked great and allowed me to keep my iPhone X which works great. Instruction were good along with other utube videos. Everything you need for tools were supplied. I used a space heater to loosen the adhesive on original batteries. But my wife’s hair dryer would have worked too. Just be careful to not over heat. I replaced the screen also when I did this. That was a little more of a challenge with small stuff at the top. But even that was doable. So I ended up with a new screen and larger battery which make my phone like it’s brand new.

At first, I thought it was a good screen but with the meantime it started showing a few problems with the sensitivity of the screen.It only works when I use my thumbs and not other fingers (I guess because of the pressure of the finger, I’m not sure). Also sometimes I type something but it types something else. It is hard to explain but it is not effective as an original one unfortunately.

Liked the step by step instructions disliked the tweezers it needs better ones.

It was very easy to install and the instructions was very clear and helpful. All the tools provided helped me replace my screen easily. The quality of the screen is as original.

The media could not be loaded.  The quality of the product is excellent, and I liked the box it was sent with, and I hope that the screen quality during use is excellent

very glitchy and alot of phantom touches

The replacement screen works well, easy to install. However when I went to put on the protective screen cover, I noticed it came broken. Seems to have bumped into something during delivery and cracked. :(
