Simple Houseware Bathroom Hanging Shower Head Caddy Organizer, Chrome (22 x 10.2 x 4.2 inches)

First, it’s bigger than it looks. I have tall shampoo and conditioner bottles, a tall body wash bottle and a jar of exfoliate goop on mine and there’s room for twice that. Some reviews mention that if you remove one bottle, the caddy swings lopsided, that you have to have equal weight on both sides. I find no such thing. The caddy stays balanced regardless how many bottles I take off or add. And that’s not due to the suction cups holding it in place bc my shower tile is not smooth so the suction cups don’t work, which is fine with me anyway. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from getting this shower caddy. This caddy comes with a rubber/vinyl/plastic ring thingy that you insert in the neck of the caddy where it connects to the shower head. Not sure at all but I imagine that without that insert, which holds the caddy tight to the shower head, the thing might swing… dunno. Maybe the negative reviewers didn’t insert that rubber thingy. But I love mine, it’s the best shower caddy I’ve ever had and I’ve got 80+ years of experience with ‘em.

***Original Review*** Purchased October 16, 2020 Sad to see others have had problems with rust. We haven't experienced that. Couldn't get the suction cups to work but turns out we didn't need them anyway. It's very roomy and sturdy. I'm really glad I got it. ***Update & Second Purchase*** Purchased November 05, 2023 Three years ago I bought this for the 1st time. It started rusting about 2.5 years later. So I just received my 2nd one (after buying some God awful plastic ones since they won't rust but they were CRAP and sagged so badly even without putting too much in the basket...anyway!) I'm so happy I spent the extra $8 for this. I read in a review here that mentioned spraying it with a clear coat of polyurethane to seal it and help prevent rusting. So I'll give that a shot. I don't think there's any way around it rusting, eventually. I mean, come on...water+metal=rust...it's just gonna happen. It's disheartening to see so many 1 star reviews for this item and for that reason. This is definitely not a 1 star product. As long as they continue to sell it at a good price, I will continue to reorder it. It really is a great caddy. Very roomy & made out of strong materials (minus the suction cups. Even the 2nd set of cups are pretty crappy) But either way, I'm still very happy with this item!

I am so glad I purchased this. Such a nice upgrade to the cheap, tiny plastic one I was using. Its large and I have more than enough room for all my products. Even my husband was impressed with it. I like the built in slots for razors. Enough space for more than one bar of soap. Multiple hooks so everyone has a spot for their shower stuff. The only issue I have are the suction cups. I dont know if it's because of my shower wall or what. It's not flat, has a raised edge( shower wall). But they dont stay attached to the wall. It hasn't fallen or slipped even with the suction cup issues. The hook has a nonslip grip you attach so that does help. It was fairly easy to assemble. Just has a good, heavy duty quality to the material. Overall, I really love it.

This is a beautiful shower holder for all your needs. So sorry I gave it ti my Grandson who just bought a house. I loved everything about it but unfortunately for me. It didn’t work. I am almost 82 years old and unfortunately as I have gotten older I have also gotten shorter. So I tried it but am too short to reach the top. Storage capacity is fantastic. Ease of use is good too.. It’s not flimsy at all good strong construction. And yes it has great thickness. My Grandson is happy that he got it as a house gift.🎁

So I bought this shower hanger a couple weeks ago and have been using it since. The design is simple chrome covered wire. The assembly is just a couple screws and can be assembled and installed in a couple of minutes. It has two hooks too which can be useful. And suction cups to hold in place and stop it becoming askew with asymmetrical weight along with the gripper on the pipe. The overall build seems fine and I will be curious to see how it holds up with time. Now overall even though the build seems decent, the design is done poorly in execution. The first thing is that the top basket is so close to the hanger on the shower head that when using any shower with a removable or handheld sprayer and hose then the top basket is in the way of it and makes either the shower head or the top basket unusable unless you do what I did and route the hose out the side which also renders the top basket like only 1/2 usable instead. Most of this could have been fixed if the basket was slightly lower and there was a small hole for the hose in the back of the hanger basket(s) making a channel for the hose to run through. Secondly the other issue is that the bottom basket is almost absolutely useless for anything. Shampoo bottles, conditioner, body-wash… ALL bottles I have tried of stuff normally use in the shower are ALL too tall by usually a half inch (1.27cm) or more (Please see pictures.) It is amazing to me that the designers didn’t think it was worth making the second basket slightly lower to actually accommodate stuff being put in it. As of right now the only thing it’ll fit are extra small bottles of shampoo or such. Basically travel size. It's worth noting that in the product photos it shows head and shoulders bottles fitting in the bottom basket with room to spare. Absolute bs… I have head and shoulders and their bottles are almost two inches (5.08cm) too tall to fit. (Just know the product pictures in general wrongfully make them look huge compared to reality.) I measured and the spacing between the top and bottom shelf is a touch over 6.5in. But in reality the usable height of the bottom shelf is about 6.5in or 16.5cm. I am keeping mine for now as I have no other shelves in my shower to use and it is better than nothing. Though I think I will install a peg eventually for it to hang off instead of the shower pipe so that I can actually use most of the top shelf like I can’t currently. Overall though it is an easy to assemble, install and cheap product of okay build quality... But because its poor design both with compatibility issues with hosed shower heads and a mostly useless bottom shelf it is hard to recommend it unless it so happens to be exactly what you need in which case it’s probably a decently okay buy. Hope all this info is useful. Thank you. Update: 7 months later and the rack is rusting and the chrome peeling off badly. I don't expect it to last more than a couple years at this rate. I love this!! My husband is a big guy, and was constantly knocking the shampoo bottle off of the shelves in our shower! I could hear him grumbling about it😂 I finally broke down and got this! It seems to slide down on the pipe some, I think it is just the design of our shower though. I’m sure with some adjustments it would hang better (stay up higher) We have one of those one piece shower, so the suction is as good as it would probably be on ceramic tile. It holds several bottles, bars of soap, razors, and loofahs! Even though it’s not super secure to the wall, and hangs down a bit on the pipe, it is still great! It is very stylish looking! It did take a bit to put together, but I did it while sitting on the bed!! It is very sturdy, and there is no more grumbling coming out of the shower 😂😂

Easy to assemble and was described accurately. Definitely on the smaller side but I knew this when I bought it and is what I wanted so it didn’t come down onto the boarder in my newly renovated bathroom. Only fits small items so if you buy in bulk items they won’t fit. If your looking for something to hold small to standard size items this would be perfect and not to bulky. If you have tile be careful the cups only stick on a flat surface. Had to play around with mine and put one higher so it was on a smooth tile. On day 5 now and so far so good. Time will tell if it will get rusty. All in all is a decent shower caddy for the price and if your looking for something that’s eye pleasing and nothing to big this is good.
