Great so far
This pool pump seems to be well made. I love the flip up plate instead of the type you unscrew to remove leaves and debris. Two months in and so far happy. It has a toggle button for low and high speed. Low speed is really low. I run on high speed and it moves water. My old pump ran very hot and burned some electricity. This new one runs at like 85 degrees, and it shows on electric bill. Priced right. You do need some basic electrical skills to install, and a little plumbing skill to connect PVC. I believe it comes with an electrical plug, but my system requires straight wiring. So I just cut off plug and connected to my existing wiring. It had a 220v plug. Flip your electrical breaker off before installing.

I would give it a negative rating if I could. After managing to convert my 1 1/2" plumbing to the 2" ports I started the pump, let it run for about 10 minutes, which was definitely not powerful and turned it off to backflush the filter. Upon trying to start it again, it it died and would not return to life. I also noticed the cover over the hardwired electrical connection on the back of the pump was extremely cheap. Do not buy one of these

Works well on high speed.
Nice pump for the price. Works well on high speed but does not stay primed on low speed.

Powerful Variable Speed Pool Pump
My electrician installed it for me with no problems. Should last a long while. My husband likes the variable speeds.

Clean work & super quiet
It’s a great pump. I think it’s a Hayward pump almost identical that’s rebranded. Lots of power. Super quiet. It’s probably the best pump I’ve ever owned

junk pool filter
China junk pool filter started leaking water under pump after a couple months. XtremepowerUS the mfg wont help me at all. disappointed in XtremepowerUS and amazon.

Pool Pump
Pump was delivered earlier than expected, adapter unions made it easy to install, Nice to speed option and very quiet operation. Worried about buying a foreign made pump, but so far the quality and operation efficiency is impressive.
