Easy to swallow

If you take two at night they help you with a restful sleep 😴.

I haven’t been taking this too long now, maybe, a couple weeks or so.. 1 pill everyday. It’s tasteless to me, as I take following the directions. I’m always drinking water throughout the day. For me I don’t take a full glass of water with the pill. I highly recommend you stay hydrated to get the full benefits. Moving on, I swear I already notice a difference; in my speech, thought process, vocabulary, etc.,, I was already dealing with mental fog, slow responses, forgetting words & putting sentences together, not to mention I started to stutter, and on and on,,. My brain is coming back to me. I know longer feel stupid!
