Great product and easy to swallow. I have tried pretty much every other over the counter pain medication and this is the one that I've stuck with for the past 10 years or so. And once my parents tried it, they started using it exclusively as well. The pills are small and coated so they are easy to swallow which is a huge deal (I can't make myself take those big, rough tablets). They work fairly quickly and last a long time. I get very bad headaches that last for days at the time but if I take 2 pills it the morning I can usually make it through my workday. They are pretty pricey in my opinion but still worth the money if they help me get through the day without pain. They work great for my stomach pains as well.

My bottle was not “easy open” at all. I still had to push down and turn the cap. I do not need the child proof cap. I don’t have arthritis but I had a stroke and I have very weak hands and they’re shaky too, that’s why I bought this particular bottle. In the past I’ve used Aleve liquid gels and the cap was actually easy open. I didn’t have to push down to open it. I couldn’t find them so I got these instead, figuring the style of the pills shouldn’t matter. I bought the Bayer aspirin in the easy open bottle also and it is not child proof either. I haven’t tried the gelcaps yet so this is just about the bottle for now.

Aleve is the best for pain relief I Love Aleve, but NOT this merchant! Pharmapacks, what the heck are you doing and how many other people have you tricked into buying an item they can't return? I need a strong pain reliever for migraines. I did NOT ask for some generic allergy relief bull crap! Never again will I purchase from them. This is why so many people only purchase directly from Amazon! The old bait & switch by Pharmapacks makes it harder for the honest merchants that sell on Amazon.

I am not a pill taker and very reluctantly take even my prescription drugs because of the effect they can have on kidneys, liver or other organs. But after falling two months ago and hurting my arm (no broken bones) I decided that I needed to try something different to relieve the constant pain/hurt I was experiencing. Today I tried my first Aleve and what an amazing difference. The relief has lasted all day so far and i am a believer. I will only take one a day and if somebody is not allergic to it, by all means give it a try. One Ibuprofin and one aspirin did not touch the pain.
