Travel Smart by Conair Grounded Adapter Plug - Italy

This was perfect for my trip to Italy. Small and easy to throw in my carry-on. However, this adapter is good for Italy ONLY. Most of Europe uses the 2 prong outlet.

Used this adapter for 3 weeks on a recent trip to Italy. Worked in every hotel between Rome and Pisa to allow me to charge my camera, tablet, IPhone, and MP3 player. Note that this item is not a converter. Verify that your wall charger is compatible with the expected voltage range (220VAC).

This plug worked great in Capri & Rome a friend said I might not be able to use it in Italy as plugs vary all over Europe one of the reviews stated it worked in Rome so I tried this one over many others very satisfied

I just returned from Italy and though this does fit into the 3 prong receptacle it is too powerful and blew up my hairdryer. Luckily my sister had a 2 prong adapter and we shared that during the entire trip. I'm just glad I used it on the hairdryer and not my I-phone!

Bought two of these adapter and got there and found out almost all outlet take a two prong. Ended up having to buy a new one in Italy.

I used this in Ostia, Italy, and had no problems. It worked fine with my hair dryer, charging laptop computer and camera.

Worked for me in Rome and Florence. Much less expensive than any I could find locally and did the job well.

Worked great everywhere in Italy.
