I have no words to describe just how good this supplement is. This product works great. I can tell when I skip a day. be aware the pills are rather large, but I do take them with my smoothie every day and can get them down. As I get into my 50s, it’s a great supplement to take.

I have used Osteo Bi-Flex with Vitamin D for several years and love it. A doctor I had said that it performed well in European studies. As we age our bodies start falling apart and become less effective and efficient at everything so I started taking these supplements. I noticed that I'm not as stiff and am more flexible and energetic. My younger spouse was always complaining about his joints, aches and pains so he decided to take it. He takes it consistently because he says that he definitely notices when he doesn't take it. A few years after the 2020 pandemic I had a tough time acquiring it so I ordered it on Amazon. I still order it online sometimes if I'm in a rush and don't want to scramble around looking for it in stores. Amazon usually sells it in larger quantities than stores as well. It's much less expensive than some other brands too, so I continue to take this brand.

Had issues with my knee, started taking these and now my knee is more flexible. No stiffness.
