RosyMyth Chrome Waterproof Motorcycle 3 in 1 Handlebar Power Station Cigarette Lighter/USB Charger/voltage Meter

This 3-in-1 power station could be better. It may be chrome plated, but it sounds like chrome plated plastic. I suspect if I got stuck in a hail store this would be the first thing on my motorcycle to fail. There are four holes on the back side of the unit, so I am concerned this power station may not be water proof. I have not taken it apart to see if the contacts inside are water proof or water resistant, so I cannot be sure. Installation was relatively easy, but I hope I never have to take it off its mount... the case seems flimsy enough that it might crack. Mounting to the motorcycle was an easy affair and the wiring harness was easy to set up. The wire tires are just simple low quality wire ties and disintegrate if you muscle them too much while tieing the harness to existing wire runs on the bike. I'd recommend that you buy your own wire ties from a hardware store. One final observation: I am concerned that its voltage display may not be accurate. My 12 volt battery reads 12.7 volts and the display reports 14.8 volts when the engine is running. My electricians voltage meter shows far more normal numbers.

This one finally charges my phone and a GoPro at the same time. I have gone through about 4 or 5 different types. I actually returned one of these thinking it was DOA because it wouldn't work on the plug I had going through my auxiliary switch line. This company sent me another one without charging me anything. It did the same thing. I was about to give up when I decided to hook it straight to the battery and it worked perfectly. I cant understand why it needs to be connected to the battery. I took a lot of work to get the wiring in place on my Harley so the battery cover could go on. But I'm finnaly able to take a long ride knowing that my phone and camera will be fully charged at the end of the ride. This company is awesome.

While the instructions state it fits up to a 1 1/4" handlebar, I mounted it on my 1 1/2" bar with no problem. Seems like it is pretty solid, after a 120 mile trip.I compared the meter with my voltage meter across the battery. It was pretty accurate, within .1 volts of my voltage meter's read out.Very easy set up. I didn't use the charger plugs. Rather, I wired it directly to an accessory terminal on my ignition switch, after soldering in an inline fuse holder. Haven't used the lighter though.

Received this a day early. Unpacked it, mounted it to the bike, I was smart and tested it out before I ran the wires through my bike. Cigarette lighter worked wonders, only problem I had was the USB ports and volt meter didn't work at all. Unfortunately I had to return this item because of this. I was really looking forward to being able to charge my electronics on longer road trips. The return process went pretty quick, I returned it the next day with no problems, received my refund by the time I got home from the UPS Store

This thing saved my bacon. As I was riding down the highway 70 miles away from home. The number started fluctuating on this device which notified me that the battery or the generator was going bad. This allowed the time to pullover off the highway and go into a gas station before the bike died. If I did not had this thing. My bike would've died right on the highway. Leaving me on the side of the road. It was over 90° that day.

Had everything you need for installation. Plenty of wire to reach your battery. Functions as it should......only reason I gave it four stars because the housing is plastic. Will see how it holds up. Just returned from a 3 day ride. This power station performed very well and I really liked the on/off feature. I had to adjust the tension of the lighter socket so the lighter would work better,but that was a very minor. I would recommend this product.

The install was quick and not too hard.Took my first roadtrip with it last Sunday day. Was nice to be able to use it to light a smoke while riding my motorcycle. But when I got to my destination, I saw that the button in the cigarette lighter had come off and was no where to be found. So now all I have is a stem I have to push to get the lighter hot. Going to try and find a replacement...

I absolutely love this unit, easy to install, i used it for a six hour ride and it charged my phone better than my 2016 dodge. Works great but no matter how tight i get it it still spins on my handlebars. I can however live with that! Highly recommend this product.
