The ledge that the phone rests on for charging was broken on arrival. I superglued it back on and seems to be working fine now.Disappointed to receive broken merchandise.*Edit: changed rating to five stars. After reading my review they sent me a replacement unit free of charge. I didn't contact them, they just took it upon themselves to send me a replacement. New unit arrived in good condition and works great.

Works perfectly with my Samsung Note 9 and my Galaxy smart watch. The watch charger connects magnetically to the phone charger and breaks down for easy travel. *UPDATE watch charger ceased to charge after having it for a short period of time. Kind of a disappointment. *UPDATE company sent s replacement and it has worked well for some time now.

I had a problem initially with slow watch charging when both phone and watch were on the charger. The seller contacted me within hours, made some suggestions on placement of the watch and the slow charging was resolved. Arrived on time, excellent customer service and does in fact fast charge both my S8+ and Galaxy watch.

I bought this for my Samsung galaxy active watch and my note 8. The first time I used it my watch got hot. I find that the components work better separate. And it wirelessly charges my note 8 in an otterbox defenders case.I only gave it 4 stars because the components work better separate which sort of defeats the purpose of my purchase. Otherwise it's a great value for thre money.

The design of the phone charger is good. It works good; charges ok...I haven't timed the phone module.The watch module is not good. Placing the watch is very finicky. Once placed so the light shines steady green it takes a complete 8 hours to charge. OEM equipment takes about 2-3 hours.

This works well, I was honestly surprised for the price but it works great. Only the one side fast charges so I usually use the upright for my phone and other for watch and other accessories! It's plastic but sturdy. Overall it's good for the price wish both sides fast charged though that wasn't clear in the description!

The item has a habit of restarting. What I mean by this is that when I put the phone on the charger, the phone will make a sound that it is charging. This is normal for my phone. However, without removing the phone, the item acts like I just put the phone on the cradle, so the phone makes it's normal noise. It will wake me up sometimes.

I've had this since December 2019 and it it's very inconsistent in charging. Even if you take time to position the device perfectly it doesn't charge continuously half the time. The watch charger is worse than the phone charger. Also the tabs on the watch charger get stuck and will not make contact with the base.
