I use nothing but Garcinia Cambogia for detox. These kind of pills are best to take at night before bedtime. The morning after you wake up you go straight to the bathroom and feel light all day. For me, this have never helped curv my appetite but they help with my bloating and detox my body.

I just ordered my 3rd bottle of this supplement. Started out taking 1 per day to see if it would make me nauseous, and once I realized that I could stand it, I upped the dose to 2 per day. I exercise 5x per week (cardio and weight training for 50 minutes), and I have noticed a marked improvement in results from my exercise regimen. My nails are also longer and stronger, and I am retaining length in my hair. Great product!!

Don't really know why, but combined with a couple apple cider vinegar gummies this supplement does actually help when trying to lose weight.
