If you have very wide toebox and other foot issues, this is the one!
These shoes have very wide toebox and fabric that gives. I have had many different foot problems and have been unable to find walking or jogging shoes that did not aggravate either bunions, corns, cyst, Achilles, or plantar, or all of the above. These shoes were really a lifesaver. They do stretch a bit on wearing though - if in between sizes, either size down or maybe try a medium rather than wide.FORM: These are slip-ons, with very little heel - almost a mule. They do not give the support of a running shoe. The insoles are not removable - probably not a good choice if you require orthotics or need a lot of support. But mine stay on just fine, and I can wear these all day with no issues.FIT: I usually have to go with at least a 10W in running shoes to get the width I need, although I measure 9.5 in length.. I purchased 9.5 C/D, and they have been great, although they did stretch out a bit. I don't think they will work as well this summer worn without socks or with very thin sock liners. So I came back to purchase another pair in navy, but this time I will try the 9W,FUNCTION: So far flawless. I have not tried cleaning them, and I've only had them for 2 months, so I can't say too much on durability, but after 2 months of daily use, they look and feel like new. I have had shoes show significant wear in less time than I've had these.APPEARANCE: They were very cute in relation to comfort. The grey is predominant so they are fairly neutral,. and don't show dirt but the pink gives some pop.I definitely recommend!

These shoes are great. They're very comfortable
The size runs a little large. I usually wear a 6 1/5. The size 6 that I bought fits. These shoes are great. They're very comfortable, and the ones that I've had for a long time haven't worn out yet.

Sooo Comfortable
I received the Riptide Mules last week and wore them immediately. They are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in, jeez, I don't know how long. The toe box doesn't squeeze my toes when I walk and the heel doesn't rub. There's no rubbing anywhere. I've been looking for shoes I can wear walking around town, traveling or to the mall. The styling is attractive and looks better in person than on-line. But, it's the comfort that sells it for me.I normally wear a size 8 and, in this shoe, it's a roomy size 8. It is slightly large on me and I'll have room for thin cotton socks, too. I don't know if a 7 1/2 would fit since the length seems correct. But, someone with a narrow foot might find the shoe is too wide.I'll have trouble wearing any other shoes for casual wear. Since I think they're wonderful, I'll be ordering another to give this pair a break.Editing:The shoe is undoubtedly comfortable, but I'll have to get a smaller size. The slightly roomy feel has given way to way too loose and recently I've hardly worn them since my toes are trying to hold them on my feet. The lack of support also makes them good for only a few hours. They are no longer my slip them on and run out shoe. They're OK, so if I discover the 7 1/2 fits well, I may change my star rating.

I love these! very comfy and secure
I wear an 3/4 orthotic and have been very happy with my Easy Spirit Traveltime for winter, but I wanted something more "warmer weather" for spring. I thought the blue would look cute with capri jeans, which I wear often in the spring. I like these! I have only been wearing them around the house but so far, they feel great. EVen with my rigid orthotic, they feel very cushy. I have a heel spur and have had history with plantar faciitis. I think I'd be able to wear these w/o my orthotic if I didn't need the extra arch support - they are that cushy on my heel! I wear an 8W and that's the size I bought and they feel fine. The heel is maybe more "slippy" than other shoes like these, but the lip is higher. I read other reviews saying they run large. I do not feel that mine fit me on the larger side. My toes don't slip around at all and they feel secure on my feet. I can tell I will be wearing these all spring. I thought about getting a pair to just wear in the house!

Poor Quality
I have tendonitis in my left foot and need to wear supportive shoes all the time, so this seemd like a good solution for summer outfits (since I can't easily wear sandals). This shoe looks fine, goes with many casual outfits (shorts/capris), and fits the bill in terms of replacing a sandal for me. However, the mesh on the top/toe box area is not durable. I bought this shoe in the spring and by summer my pinky toes have worn through the layer inside (very thin foam). The mesh is on top of this thin foam and it's the only thing left in the pinky toe area and it's about to rip through as well. This shoe is a big disappointment in terms of the quality of materials. I also would have really liked it if this shoe had removable insoles, but alas, it does not. The insoles built-in are flat with little to no arch suppot. So, if I were to wear additional arch supports with these shoes, it would put additional stress on the thin materials located in the toe area, further stressing them and shortening the life of the fabric/mesh material.Bottom line, other versions of this shoe (New Balance has a few--and I currently own a pair) have more quality materials around the toes and better (removable insole) support inside.

Great comfy causal footwear!
I was dying to finally find a fashion alternative to my beloved Crocs. Face it, nothing is more accommodating or cushioned! However for forays out into the real world these are a wonderful substitute. I wear them to the gym or supermarket and they look much more like a stylish athletic shoe. After crocs I dislike shoes that bind in any way, so regular sneakers just don't cut it.The top/uppers of these shoes are completely elastic so they fit close, but don't bind. Accordingly, they aren't really secure for challenging terrain, and the fabric around the heel is short enough that they tend to slip unless you wear them tighter by ordering slightly smaller than usual. All in all they are well worth dropping fifty on a pair!
