I can't speak for certain if it is placebo or not, but I feel less anxious and more energetic when I take these during the day. I hear manganese is great for joint injuries, so I have been using it in the full dose to help with shoulder and knee issues. They have healed up nice, although I can't say how much of it is due to the manganese.The tablets themselves are easy to split with a pill splitter and they split cleanly, which is great. The bottle is thick glass and the cap screws on tight and securely, another bonus.
