Move Free Ultra (60 ct.)

I have arthritis in ONE place in my body-- my left hip socket. I've had all my other major joints (and some minor ones) Xrayed in the past year, even my feet. No arthritis elsewhere. THAT'S good news, let me tell you. Now, on to the "Move Free" type-II undenatured collagen-- I have no scientific evidence, except for my own experience with the product. I wasn't sure if it would work when I first ordered it, but I figured "Why not?" There is no known cure or even treatment for arthritis caused by injury (or any other reason, I'd assume) but this substance (marketed by Schiff, may be available from other vendors?) has been tested and found to work for pain relief. I think it may do more, if you are healthy and not too far along in your arthritic journey. I take one pill every day. After the first bottle (lasted me two months) I had not ordered it in sufficient time to have it on hand when I took the last pill of the first bottle. The next bottle didn't arrive for about a week. By the end of five days, I could feel the dull ache when I slept at night. That alone told me something! So, keep in mind that this product does NOT cure arthritis, but it can help with daily doses, to keep the area that is affected from deteriorating faster. At least, that's my impression. Do read the label carefully (as you should do with all products) and you'll note that it is effective only as a maintenance dose, it does not "cure." For my part, even though it is not inexpensive, I'm investing in me, in my health and well-being, and in my ability to keep doing what I love to do, what I need to do, and what I want to do. Highly recommended, but as always, YMMV.

I really like taking this Schiff Move Free Ultra Type II collagen etc.. because it is such a tiny tablet. So easy to take! I have taken it for 2 years and though I felt it working a little... My right hip still hurt when I walked and if I picked up grocery bags to bring in the house...I would walk with a limp for a week. Move Free does work if you lose the extra weight you are carrying. I lost 10 lbs and I have no more soreness in my hip... I can actually walk around the block! So, this does work ....but I had to change my lifestyle to allow it to work. I learned not to carry heavy grocery bags up my front steps into my house.... I learned not to overeat and lose weight the healthy way. I felt as though I was in my 80's and now I feel young again. I will take this forever because I know this product is the best out there.

I've been using this product for 3 weeks and I'm very pleased with it. I was experiencing pain in my knee that prevented me to workout & I had to wear knee braces on both knee just to complete my daily walk for an hour (I don't consider my walk apart of my workout regime. My workout regimen is a HIIT program). Since taken this my knee pain has greatly decreased about 80% and within the last week I've added Magnesium oil to my knee twice a day & now I don't need to wear my knee braces anymore & the pain/inflammation is down 95%. I'm actually starting up my exercise regime once again. My walks are much better now as I can move faster & at the end of it, my knee doesn't hurt. Yesterday, I was able to do jumping squats with my daughter for about 5-10 minutes straight without any pain then I started feeling slight discomfort & knew I was overdoing it & stop. I definitely recommend this product to everyone experience knee/joint pain. I've recommend it along with magnesium oil to my Mom whose having knee issues now. It's not a miracle pill & you'll still have some slight clicking or discomfort here or there in your knees (as I do still get) but it will not be anything close to what you experience previous before taking them. As the instructions state, it takes 7 days to start feeling the effect completely. I think by day 3, you'll notice some change but by day 7 it will be apparent that the changes are definitely due to the pills. I missed 2 days back-to-back & swear I noticed the difference & quickly took the pills immediately & have been consistent since. Definitely give it a try & I recommend getting magnesium oil for more pain relief.

I have tried the synvisc shots, creams, other glucosamine products, cortisone shots, etc. Dtumbled across the reviews on it and was impressed. Ashes my pharmacist if she’d ever heard of it and was surprised to find out that she took it daily for herself! It’s too pricey but a Great product!

About to turn 70, I had been noticing increased pain in my fingers from arthritis to the point they ached every day. Since I'm still working and typing up a storm, the pain didn't help. To add to other aching joints, like my knees, I thought I would diligently take one pill every day. I've been on it for a month. The pain in my hands has significantly reduced, and I'm overjoyed at how this product has helped. Even my knees feel somewhat better, although I think they are too far gone for much help except a replacement. Anyway, worth the money for me!

This product does alleviate the slight gnawing pain in my left hip, which seems to be fine just now. I hope the remedy continues to work for me, as I intent to take one capsule per day in the a. m. after eating a banana, so as not to ingest it on an empty tummy. Although, this is not necessarily stated as a must do on the bottle. I am satisfied thus far and hope I have avoided a worsening hip condition at my age, (78 years old),. The pain had come on suddenly. The product arrived by US Postal one day after the final delivery as promised, but I was so happy to try a relief that I totally forgive the lateness by one day. So for reordering, I will, if it continues to work as well, expect a relatively slow shipping compared to other companies online, not to be disappointed. Thank you. PS.
