Fresh and great taste...
This decaf chai tea is excellent. I don’t miss the caffeine at all, and the flavor is exactly what we’ve always been looking for in a chai blend. It’s rich, warm, and satisfying. This will definitely be our go-to from now on. It’s always fresh and delivered right to the door, and I will update this review if anything changes!

Very good
Really good. Tastes like the real thing. It does take three teabags to make a mug that has any taste, but that is a very good taste.

Has flavor!
I've tried every brand that I can find for decaffeinated chai tea and found that Bigelow has the most flavor. All of the decaf chai brands, including Bigelow, are much weaker flavor than the caffeinated versions so don't expect it to be overpowering but Bigelow actually has flavor where the other brands that I could find were so weak you'd need at least 2 teabags for a standard sized cup. With Bigelow, one is enough.

I love Earl Grey tea but can’t have caffeine. These come individually wrapped so you only use what you need and the rest stays fresh.

Heavyweight strength
Comfortable. Sturdy. These are well built with a heavy schock absorber being more than adequate for my 200 lb wt. If the back was a few inches Higher to be used as a headrest, & a side table arm rest it would be perfect for my needs . The small mesh pockets could have been a bit deeper IMHO. Happy

At first I thought I'd hate the Earl Grey tea but that changed
I've never had Earl Grey tea before. Didn't know what to expect. When I opened the box and got a whiff of the tea, I thought I'd hate it. I'm sensitive to fragrances and these tea bags have a definite fragrance I don't like. But I went ahead an made a mug of the tea to see how it tasted. Turned out the fragrance wasn't strong in the tea and the taste won me over. It is a tea with a strong taste as opposed to so many that seem to be little more than warm water. Case in point: I also received the Premium decaf in the same shipment today and really didn't care for its blandness. I'll never order that again, but will be a regular customer for the Bigelow Earl Grey decaf.
