These have helped a lot. They provide excellent relief from forefoot pain caused by a large callus. The soft, cushioned sleeves are comfortable to wear with shoes or barefoot, and they really help reduce pressure and pain under the ball of the foot. I did find them a bit slippy with no socks, so be careful.I love how the gel pads conform to my feet, and they’ve made a big difference while walking and running. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with chronic foot discomfort!

I have several places on the bottom of my right foot that bother me, due to several fractures I had when I was younger. Later in life I have developed bone spurs and calluses in the injured areas. It's like having a sore foot and a rock in your shoe, it is uncomfortable to walk on and nothing seemed to help. I have custom orthotics that I use in my shoes and they help some but only when I have the shoes ON. These I can wear with house shoes or barefooted and still get some relief. They are comfortable to wear and they can be washed and reused very easily.They come as a set, one left and one right. I basically only needed the RIGHT foot one so I was glad that I bought TWO sets to start with anyway. I also have taken the left foot one and turned it inside out when the others were being washed and line dried. It might be worth noting that someone may ONLY need a left or right and maybe they could do TWO lefts, or TWO rights or a set of left and right. Either way they are well made and have held up well with daily use. When I first got them and started wearing them every day, I wished I had a bit MORE padding on the bottom where the sore area was, but now I am thinking the extra padding just in one area might make things uneven, not level. Maybe an additional padding could be added if needed, like the gel cushion inserts I have had... They fit snug but comfortably and I have had no issues with them. They are well made and durable too. Overall I am very well pleased with my purchases of these and I hope they help others as much as they have me and my old feet!

So far, this product is working as expected - I am a size 9-10 Mens, and the Medium is the right size for me. I somehow injured my foot a couple of days ago and purchased these in hopes they would help, and so far they have. Don't expect them to be a miracle worker - they certainly distribute the pressure on the bottom of your foot to lessen discomfort, which is what I was hoping for, and all I think that can be expected when you're talking about a part of your body that literally is taking impact in the injured area with every step taken. I haven't found them uncomfortable with extended wear, but certainly expect you'll need to loosen your shoes in the metatarsal area or you'll experience very tight fitting shoes (which won't help you find relief). Would definitely buy again.

Terrible quality control. I ordered 2packages if these pads. 1pack size L 1 pack size M; 2 pair to a pack. First there is very little difference between the two sizes. Out of the 8 individual pads about half of them had construction issues where the large opening was sewed with the elastic too small. Some of them the seams were rough or with the elastic in a big knot that made them too uncomfortable to wear with a shoe. The ones without construction issues worked well and made for more comfortable walking.

My feet have been hurting when I walk or take the slightest step which made running excruciating. Bought these to try and see if they would help....BAM I'm back in the game! My feet don't hurt like they did. The extra coushin makes all the difference. They stay in place and don't move. I wrap a little tape around my toe to prevent blisters from rubbing as the material is not thin (which is nice and bad). Haven't had a blister since the first time I wore them.They can build up a smell from all the foot sweat but you can easily hand wash them, not a big deal. Having your feet feel better is worth the money.

This was the best money I ever spent. My feet were sore and hurting when I started wearing these and from the first day I felt instant relief. Truly felt like pillows for my feet.

slipped around on bottom of shoe

Runs big on slim feet. Need more padding at base of big toe slipped off my feet after 3 steps barefoot. I am a women’s size 11.5 and have slim flat feet. Returned item. Also this item was about $3 more total than posted price. Ended up being $18 dollars plus some change.just fyi.
