For many many years I have purchased vitamins and not taking them do to their upsetting my stomach. The B complex vitamins are extremely important as they give you energy and regulate your metabolism. For the first time in my life, I have found a b-complex vitamin that I will willingly take every day. I am almost 50 years old and for the first time in my life I have not missed taking my vitamins for 3 months in a row! The taste is a bit off-putting at first because, obviously, they are B vitamins. However, after about 3 or 4 days, you get used to the taste and it becomes a matter of course. I will continue to take this particular brand of B complex vitamins from this particular vendor until either the product is no longer made, the vendor goes out of business, or I go to meet my Maker! I highly recommend these vitamins to anyone who tends to be iron deficient cold and tired. They absolutely work!

I take them to support my iron levels, and I feel better. I like the balance of ingredients, and the gummies have a good flavor.

They smell so bad. The odor is comparable to a seafood market. I did try one. The taste is the same as the smell. Regretting trying one because the taste will not go away. The expiration date is in 2027 but I'm worried they may be bad. They may be great vitamins but I will never know. I am throwing them in the garbage.

I absolutely love these. I have used them for more than a year now and I’ve noticed a difference with my metabolism and overall energy levels. I also pair it with a low iron tablet and garlic. I absolutely love that these have a full complex of the B vitamins you need. I have not found another product that I love like this and I will always find a way to make sure I have these on hand I definitely feel the difference when I stop taking them for even a day. My tummy does better when these vitamins are always available (twice a day is recommended) You just chew it up it’s a gummy you don’t swallow so I find that easier. . Won't buy again. They smell pretty strong that when you open the bottle you always get a whiff. The taste is a strong overly sweet type of flavor that isn't great. When you eat it isn't the last time you'll taste it either, because when you burp you'll get the displeasure of tasting it again.

I need gummy vitamins because anything solid causes extreme stomach upset for me. Gummies are unfortunately a lot more expensive than normal vitamins. However, the price point for these is very reasonable. I also like the flavor a lot. The smell of Vitamin B is usually so unpleasant to me. The scent of these is mild and the Vitamin B flavor is not tasted. They're also easy for my stomach to digest. I have issues with chronic pain and fatigue. I have noticed an increase in energy when taking these. Also, the good thing about B vitamins is that they are water-soluble, meaning that any extra vitamin your body isn't using is passed through your urine. B Vitamins are one of several that you don't have to be too concerned about taking too much of (if consuming responsibly).

No idea why some don’t like the taste of these, I find them delicious, they’re a not too sweet cherry flavour and a nice chewable texture that isn’t too ‘gummy’ if you know what I mean! Not sure if they work or not but I keep taking because I love the taste

I can’t take B complex in tablet form and these are fantastic. Been taking them for over a year now and wouldn’t be without them.
