It doesn't come with a milk frother. But you can order separatly. I love the coffee made at this coffee maker.

Do Nespresso pods contain added sugar?

Not unless you buy the caramel or vanilla flavoured pods. The standard coffee pods are just coffee

Does it come with the ciffee pods?

If I recall correctly, it came with a variety pack of around 12-14 pods
