I have had 2 other vibration plates and I like this one best. Overall it just seems more durable. I think I get better vibration from it and as a not so small lady I have no worries about it not working due to weight, I think this can accommodate up to 300+ pounds. Most seem to stop at around 260. My only criticism is that it it a little difficult to switch between exercises because this machine will literally walk across the carpet if there is no weight on it when it is functioning. I would still 100% say a good value for the money and a durable machine

I love the work out! The plate makes my workouts awesome, because its low impact. I love the present modes, they are challenging and fun. I highly recommend this fitness plate! I do wish that the instructions manual was more complete.

I use this everyday and love the different settings so glad I purchased this, I actually feel like I get a workout when using this and it is helping improve my balance

I have really enjoyed this product and use it almost daily. Works great for a warm up and as an actual workout. Does start to make some noise as the speed increases, but overall, good product.

What a great product! Dual motor vibration machine that provides a better than expected workout. Instructions are a bit vague, but through trial and error one can figure out controls and programming.
