The media could not be loaded.  The Alpine foam soap dispenser has worked perfectly since we started using it. We have been using it about 3 weeks now. So our rating for durability might change over time but for now it is working perfectly. We used regular liquid hand soap in ours filling it up about a third of the way and filled the rest with water. It dispenses the soap foamy as we like. It was easy to install overall just having to kind of play with screws since the hole alignments weren't perfect probably a slight misalignment by us as holes were drilled. We didn't have to drill more holes though. We just jiggled screws and mount. The only real issue we had was the product doesn't come with the plug and product description doesn't provide the plugs model name or a link to the plug. We used Google to locate the plug model name on Alpine site and found a link on Google to the plug on Amazon. This is because the soap container is not transparent enough.However we love the dispenser still and would purchase again. It does save on a lot of soap and is so much more sanitary not having to touch soap dispenser.

Clean hands without touching anything. Works as advertised and easy to use. I would recommend ordering the power adapter to save on batteries

I appreciate the clean functional design of these units. They are very attractive and meet our needs.

This thing is useless. It just sits there dumbing soap randomly all night and half the day. Come into the shop in the morning to find half my soap on the counter leaking all over the floor. No rhyme or reason and if the health department stops in and I am out of soap I will get dinged.Of course, I am past the return period.

No more of my kids pouring $5 bottles of soap directly into the drain.

We have installed several of these in our school and church. It is so much cheaper to be able to refill the soap instead of having the dispensers that use the soap cartridges that you have to throw away and replace. Great product.
