Now its even better, tastes good, doesn't settle out into layers when mixed, smooth on the palate and best of all is very easy to to mix. 300ml of semi skimmed and 2.5 scoops in a wide mouth bottle, shake to 3 seconds and you are good to go. I use a wide mouth Nalgene bottle . Which can go straight into the dish washer afterwards Nalgene HDPE wide mouth bottle

Really good taste, I use 3 scoops of this alongside 150ml of oat milk… doesn’t make me gag like some others do, mixes well and is good value for money. Will be buying plenty more of this in the future

I used it a few times and everytime I start having high Palpitation and get out of breath. Initially I thought there was something wrong with my routine until I bought a new protein powder and mixed the usage of both on certain days. Clearly there is something wrong with this powder so I wanted to raise incase the product is altered/ingenuine.

I ordered vanilla but got chocolate but it’s great with all the fruits and oat milk or water or regular molk
