As expected
I wanted this product as i had used it somewhere . I am glad i ordered it. Received it in a well packed box.

The water isn't getting heated
Bought it for my mother ..but the water is not getting heated and doesn't remain hot..The company should test it before delivery..This wasn't expected from a good brand👎Got the refund.. thnx for that

Disappointed with the quality and functionality
Very disappointed with the quality of the product. I want to return this, but not able to find the return option anywhere.

Very disappointed.... heating function not working.
Tubs material was good but heating function not working....bad product....very disappointed.

Water inside is not becoming hot ,if possible when product return ,I would like to prefer to buy to next model
