Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Cleansing Cream 6 oz cream

... and it doesn't smell like chamomile (much)! :D More like mint and lemon, which makes it perfect for my morning routine. It's maybe a bit pricier than drug store cleanser, but you get A LOT of product for your money, and you only need a small amount each use.

Whilst I like to make a lot of my own cleansers and creams, I can't deny that some of Burt's Bees products (especially the cleansers) outperform what I can make myself, especially if you suffer with anything other than perfect skin. Things like soap bark being fantastic natural cleansers great at minimising oil production are not items I can source myself (unfortunately) I have oily spot prone skin and to minimise dead skin buildup I give myself a facial once a week. I use this as the first cleansing step. It is fantastic, I cannot stress it enough. The smell is beautiful, it doesn't smell like mint at all, it smells like sherbet. If my eyes were closed I would probably want to eat it. A small bit goes a long way, use it sparingly. It also contains witch hazel which is a great astringent and useful in reducing acne. There are a lot of comments that say it burns. The only sensation I feel after using this is one of deep clean and calm. My face feels lovely and fresh. But then I only use this once a week, perhaps these commenters are using this everyday, I wouldn't recommend using it daily as it is a 'deep' cleanser and may strip a lot of your skins natural oils away if used daily. Maybe once or twice a week is best. Edit - I realise where the comments regarding burning come from. If you leave the mask on your face for more than a few minutes, you will get a more intense 'tingling' sensation. But I think this is just the menthol as when I wash the mask off, my face isn't red or inflamed and the tingling sensation goes away pretty quickly.

One of the best cleansers I have used. Highly rate it. Not greasy, the smell is not over powering either.

💕Le must du must avec une composition clean et surtout, ce savon nettoyant en profondeur fonctionne parfaitement sur moi, par contre il faut appliquer absolument une crème hydratante après ! C'est la 2eme fois que je rachète cet article et je réitérer sans faute ma commande 💕
