NON-Food. For External use only. Review: I have Rhumatoid Arthritis - I was told about this from a Polish builder!!! This herb used to be called "bone knitter" due to it healing properties. I soak it in some baby oil for at least a week and then either rub it on my aching joints or if the inflammation is bad I make a compress and tape it on over night. For the first time I got a bursitis on my elbow (a ba I was ll of fluid) I had it drained at the GP but it came back, after 3 days and nights of a compress of this on my elbow it went away completely!!
