Quit Tea Starter Kit: 4 Boxes of Quit Tea with Tumbler & Book Quit Smoking with Herbal Tea

I purchased this tea in an effort to quit smoking. I have only used it for a few days and the urge to smoke is still there and I'm not sure that this tea actually is just a placebo effect or if it is really helping. It does take my mind off of smoking when I am brewing and drinking it. The taste isn't too bad. I am a frequent tea drinker. It does have a bit of a medicinal herbal smell when you take it out of the wrapper, but rest assured, it doesn't taste like it smells. It's actually a refreshing tea, I mix with a very small amount of honey, just to give a little sweeter taste, but even on it's own it's still very drinkable. I look forward to continuing this journey on becoming a non-smoker with this product. A little disclaimer, I have tried acupuncture, hypnosis, wellbutrin, nicotine patches and gum, and vaping with little effect. I have usually quit and then relapsed. I am hoping by cutting down the amount that I smoke with this tea will keep me a non-smoker for life. I will post an update in a few months.

I like the tea, and enjoy drinking it in the evenings even now that I have quit. It is very relaxing. The cup is nice and I also use it often. Not sure if it was will power or what that helped me quit, but this did not hurt. It also gives you something else to do besides picking up a cigarette for those times when the urge hits. For those who are quitting what helped the most was an e-cigarette. I switched to it, enjoyed it and smoked it all I wanted. I cut back on the amount of nicotine and gradually it was just a nervous habit. I just don't have the addiction to the nicotine any more.

This tea is perfect! The blend is vivacious. It reminds me of a chai (tea in Russian) tea with milk I used to drink a long time ago, although the price for a single cup is far fetched. Thank you Quit Tea Company for your specialization of blending a perfect herb mix. I will continue to purchase your tea over any other blends. It works grand on my smoking cravings and has wonderful implications on my stomach.

I will not be purchasing this product again. In every box of tea, several of the bags were not sealed properly so i would constantly end up with loose tea swimming around my mug. I ordered this product once before and had the same problem which leads me to believe its not an isolated incident. Its an ok product and does seem to help with my cravings but its not cheap, and at this price, I would have expected higher quality. I ended up wasting quite a bit of tea so I wont be ordering again.

tastes horrible and doesnt help with quitting

The ingredient which also has a laxative effect makes it difficult to ingest on a regular basis.

Still smoking my ecig.did not help me at all.

Tea tasted disgusting so he threw it out (I ordered this for my husband who is trying to quit smoking).
