Quit Tea Pack: 4 Boxes of Quit Tea Herbal Support Tea

This tea taste and smells pretty good. Very subtle and calming… for me at least.But I’m writing this review to let others know that if you have cats BEWARE haha. Mine are currently going crazy over it. I looked up herbs that cats like and this tea has two of them. Valerian and basil. So yeah, me and the kitties both agree it’s good. (I don’t let them eat it. They just sniff the bloody hell out of it)

It tastes great and helps calm and relax. Didn't really work for quitting smoking. Otherwise great product for sleep.

Very tasty tea. I enjoyed mine with a bit of honey and ice cold. I felt like it helped calm me and the craving to smoke. So far, I have successfully cut down to 6 or 7 cigs a day, down from about 20 a day. I felt it calmed jittery feeling I would have when quitting or cutting back other times. I'll update in a week or so since my cut down plan ends with 0!

Gave 3 stars because I was charged for 4 but only received 3!So far it seems to ASSIST my husband in his desire to go “cold turkey” after smoking/vaping over 40+ years. This tea is an AID…not a “cure-all”. User must take responsibility for THEIR part in quitting which is more than just drinking a tea. The desire to quit must be stronger than the desire to continue. If one does not quit…it is NOT the fault of the tea or any other AID. Period. Sidenote: I quit cold turkey (with the AID of a natural product called “Smoke Away”) 18 years ago after being an asthmatic smoker (I KNOW) for 10+ years.

WOW! I have tried many different methods to quit smoking throughout the years and, this tea was the best thing that has ever happened! It really helped me control my emotions-so I could work on my triggers. I tried it on a whim and, I've been very thankful that I did. I have no desire to smoke anymore. ( I smoked a pack and a half a day ) Forget the patch, nicotine gum, cold turkey, etc. This tea will get you on the right track! Back to the days when you were not a slave to nicotine! DO IT NOW!

I wish I could say oh it's so wonderful and it solved all my problems and I can even play the fiddle now but it didn't and I still can't. I like herbal teas with a stronger flavor of something one would taste when they make tea. I've been a fan of those robust Celestial Seasonings for a long time. As for the PURPOSE of using this tea to leave the use of tobacco behind - well that failed too. I'm a hard case and I admit it that is why I keep trying this or that I could use a little help. I now mix this tea bag with one that has a stronger flavor so I can at least use the product I purchased.

I quit smoking back in may, but I still drink this tea! Tastes great!
