Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix, 24 Oz

This pancake mix is great. I usually add milk to my pancake mix, but one of the reviews said they had added milk and it did NOT turn out well and they redid it with water and it turned out well. SO, I used water instead of milk. Pancakes were nice and thick and tasted delicious.

Good stuff. Pricey in the single pack, so buy the 4 pack, it's much more economical. Good hearty flavor.

Didn't try yet but read the ingredients and there are greens I've never even heard of sounds nutritious and probably delicious

I'm a pancake lover! So, when I discovered that I had to watch my blood sugar level, I was sure my pancake eating days were over because most mixes contain too much sugar and carbs with little fiber. I tried making some whole wheat flour pancakes, but didn't like the taste, so I decided to search for a pancake mix that had no added sugar, lower carbs, but high in fiber. Bob's Red Mill mix met my requirements, so I gave it a try. Wow, this product is great! Makes great pancakes with a rich taste. The waffles are also super! My wife loves them served with syrup, blueberries and whipped cream. This is a thumbs up product! My advise, try it!

I bought this because i'm looking for healthy stuff and it has 10 grains and that sounds healthy. I like to get pancake and waffle mix thats not compleat as i want to put my own eggs oil and milk in seems to taste better that way. After i bought this i found that you add water and not milk but you do add egg and oil. I tried using milk instead of water but it didn't come out good so the next time i just used the water and it was great good flavor and i took a recommendation from another recipe and whipped the egg whites till thick and folded them in and that makes them alot fluffier .

Buy Bob's Red Mill (it's very good) BUT different supplier? I received with an expiration date of less than a month. Really? I planned to return, but they required sending back. Cost is around $9 for product, not worth it. I'll use what I can, perhaps freeze pancakes, and throw the rest.
