Does this work in the ES-LV95-S Arc5 Shaver?

No it doesn't you need the WES4L03 its not really a cartridge the LV95 S has a water reservoir that you put a cleaning solution in sadly when you purchase it shows a cartridge type thing and a extra head the extra head is the right one but the cartridge is not. The WES4LO3 can be ordered from Amazon it looks like a little blue package and says that three come in a package I cant verify that because I haven't ordered my first one yet since I'm still using the one that came with the shaver.

How many cartridges are included in the box?

I received only one. There is no information in description. I didn't know it should be 3 cartridges. Beware when you receive this item.

How often do you have to replace the Hydraclean Cartridges?

I have to replace the cartridge about every six months with light use. If used daily they may last 1 to 2 months. I would recommend getting a cleaning brush and wash with running water before using the cleaning system.

is there a special way to clean the shaver

I pop the screen cap off and rinse it. Then I rinse the blades off. Then I put them back together and I put the entire razor in the charging unit and press the button to clean it.
