This travel pillow was actually purchased for riding in a commute share rid van and not an airplane. The bag arrives compressed into a black stuff sack that has silver lining inside. This must increase the durability of the bag and allow the pillow to easily slide back into the bag. The pillow comes with a black satin eye mask and silicone ear plugs.I do recommend allowing the pillow to expand overnight especially for the tip that is rolled into the pillow when packing. I was considering those blow up pillows but they did not fit around my neck and left a sweat above my neck line. This allows me to relax to and from work during the 90 minute plus van ride back and forth to the office!

It gets the job done. I think if it were a little bit more plump it’d be perfect. The additions of ear plugs and sleep mask are nice.

Long time I was looking for a good Travel Pillow. I bought few of them, but after some time I realized that it wasn’t what I needed. First one was cheap and not suitable for washing. The other one was too hard. Another one was made from and covered by polyester that made my neck sweat all the time I used it. So, I am very surprised that I finally got the right one! This Travel Pillow is enough soft, especially I love its 100% Pure Memory Foam and Breathable Cotton Cover (as said in description and being true). Also, other reason that makes me happy customer is that I was pleased with addition like Eye Mask and Earplugs were included in Travel Bag with my pillow! Oh, yes, it is another reason to buy this item! No needs worry about dirt preventing in case I drop it while carrying all my stuff in airport.

DELIVERY: I realized I forgot to get a neck pillow for several long overseas flights. No problem, I thought! I'll just order on Amazon. I have ordered and received many, many items without any problems. I live in a small, gated apartment community. I have put specific instructions on Amazon. But the delivery I really needed? Oh! You gave us a WRONG ADDRESS. We did not call you. We did not text you. We just returned item to sender. SORRY - it was the correct address. I believe your driver just did not want to bother. So I quickly reordered with special delivery to a friend's HOUSE. That came with no problem!THE PRODUCT: It's GREAT! It folds into it's own pouch and some ear plugs and a sleep mask were included. I tested it and it is very comfortable. It's also very light weight.

At this time I will have to give it 3 stars as the travel pillow was comfortable it didn't keep my neck from getting stiff because my body still feel forward or sideways. Maybe it might work if I could have leaned back further but of course the plane seats do not allow much for tilting back or if I sat next to the window. If there is a way to strap it to the seat to keep me from falling forward it may than work better.

We are on the road a lot, and this will be a game changer for me as the ‘co-pilot’. I’m usually bunching up jackets or dragging along my pillows from home to take a nap on these long trips, by the end of the trip I usually have a sore neck. Now I have a travel pillow that is compact in its own carrying case, supports my head and neck, and allows me to stay (mostly) upright in my seat with my seatbelt properly adjusted.My daughter likes to take my things, and she’s trying to take this too! I see another one in our future, and my poor husband still be stuck driving us while we sleep.

I bought this for my first trans-Atlantic flight and am so glad I did. In fact, I wish I'd found it sooner considering how many planes I've been on this year and how much I sleep on them.The memory foam makes for a comfortable fit, yet it supports well and packs up easily. I love that I can hook the travel bag on my backpack and not have to dig for the pillow or carry it around the airport separately.I only used this one one trip but it was from Houston to London, so that's about 20 hours of flight time and I highly recommend. The eye cover is useful, too. I didn't use the earplugs.

I purchased for a trip in February since the previous pillow I had purchased was super bulky. I was traveling with just carry on for this trip and wanted something that could fit into my backpack. I was not disappointed. This was great! It folded up into the bag it came with and then when I needed it, it rolled back out and went back into shape quickly. My daughter was also a fan and ended up using it on the return flight! I will definitely end up needing to purchase another!
