I first found these in an Asian market in San Diego. They are great in a stir fry type dish. Just sauté veggies and whatever else and add some sauce and voila!

These noodles are great for anyone living the Paleo lifestyle. They are versatile and can be used to substitutefor other types of noodles in many dishes. My favorite is turkey pho.

People. Be ware !!! These might be organic. But they do not list the chemicals they use during the making and process of these noodles. If you care, make sure to do your research. My mom lives in China. She knows how these noodles are made. In a toxic way. This package does not list. I am very sensitive to chemicals mysef. And I had feelings that my mom is right. The production process isn’t pure.

I am gluten-free and these noodles are excellent for stir-fry. On the more expensive range, but I love that they are organic, also the size of the noodles is just right (no need to cut them after cooking), and the bundles are easy to handle.

I'm on an AIP diet and miss popcorn. This is the perfect alternative and SO fun to make. I fry them in coconut oil and they puff up. I sprinkle them with a little sea salt. Great crunchy snack!!

Omg this si so good what are you waiting for buy it, you can like stir fry it and pan fry it if you need to!! I ordered the little bag and just jumped and ordered the big bag and i really love it!

I bought two packages when I read the review that these were organic and made in Korea. When I got the packages, I had it translated and it specifically said MADE IN CHINA. I am very disappointed - even though it says organic, I specifically don't buy food products made in China which has really bad food standards and usually very high levels of chemicals etc.I am very disappointed with the person (user tag "perpetual") who reviewed it and said it was made in Korea (the person doesn't know how to read Korean obviously).So I paid a lot of money for these and didn't get what I expected.

Disappointed - received and the packaging is ripped and cannot return. Will not order again
