Q: Some people say its oil free is it really ?

Not sure if oil free but it does go on light and doesn't feel sticky or oily at end of day. I use the face cleanser with it. I have adult acne and it doesn't irritate or cause breakouts.

Q: How many packs I will receive?

It was 1 jar. BTW.....I ❤️❤️❤️ This product. I’ve always used Mary Kay products on my face. I used the face bar the other day instead of my Sebamed, & I immediately felt a difference. It felt extra good to put on my Sebamed noise rising face cream!

Q: Are there any animal derived ingredients in this?

"Sebamed products do not consist animal-derived ingredients. Except for Sebamed Visio Gentle Toner and Sebamed Hand & Nail Balsam. Sebamed Visio Gentle Toner contains hydrolyzed silk that is derived from silkworm cocoons. ... Animal testing is not involved in the manufacturing process of the products". I got this from Google. I do like the Sebamed Face Cream

Q: Does this product contains 2% vitamin E?

It does indeed contain 2% vitamin E, made in Germany for sensitive skin, has no paragons, is ultra-hydrating, hypoallergenic, and non-comedogenic. Developed by doctors, it keeps your skin at the perfect 5.5pH. Clinically proven, very good for problem skin also. I used to sell it but can not get a good price on it. Also available at Costco , see their list of road shows. I use this every day!
