While it is not pure white, as the high end brands say, or whipped to a frothy consistency like some, its effectiveness is just as good. The pale off-white/gray color is not offensive. And the shea butter softens as soon as you rub it. This is a great moisturizer for extremely dry skin, as long as you don't mind being a bit slippery for a while. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this several times and had no complaints. In fact I loved it. This last purchase was different. It was very gritty like they added a scrub factor to it. I hate it. Please don't change it and go back to the way it was. I hope this was just a bad batch.

The size needs to be increased. But from what i use from the product, it feels as if my hair growing!
