Cooks evenly and cleans up easily
Great value for the price. Get the lid, too, and maybe replace a couple of silicone implements, just for the cheer of cooking with new tools. All for less than $50.We have been using this as a multi-purpose skillet in a specific scenario w limited cooking facilities for a couple of months. I’m not sure about durability or performance if we blast the temp up high (not recommended for any nonstick, anyway). What I do know is we have even heat distribution and wonderful nonstick. We’ve actually bought two of these, one after acknowledging we needed a new non-stick skillet and another after our kitchen was quickly dismantled and packed away following a water leak under the floor. We’ve been using it several times a week on a portable induction cooktop in our temporary housing and have been pleased. It happens to be induction-compatible, but fine w other burners as far as I know. When our house is back in order, I’m passing this along to a friend who cooks little and doesn’t have a decent skillet in the house. After deciding our existing 10” All-Clad was ready for retirement, I read a NYT wirecutter skillet review and thought we’d give it a try. This inexpensive skillet was their favorite induction compatible, so we just waited a couple of months til it was back in stock. Perhaps it won’t last as long as the $200 biggie acanpan or all-clad, but we handle the nonstick skillets properly and we’ll see. (Yes, I know the Cooks Illustrated fav AC has a “lifetime” guarantee, but it appears some kitchen helper or guest used metal utensils, which zaps the warranty.)Other users have emphasized that instructions recommend against high heat. I use induction so this is not an issue for me, but keep in mind that no nonstick pan is recommended for high heat, nor are you going to produce a fond for certain cooking applications. It’s not cast iron, stainless, or carbon steel, any of which you can blast away for stir fry, browning, or pop in the oven. It didn’t require seasoning like those either, so there are always trade offs. My dream skillet is probably one of those $400 blue steel hand-forged ones from Seattle, but this is just right for a multi-purpose nonstick pan.NOTE: I recommend you buy the glass lid at the same time. I’ve always been sorry we didn’t do that when we bought other expensive pans, mainly because I’m always trying to figure a lid fit when I need one.

Best Pan Ever!!!
This pan is amazing as long as you pay attention to the included instructions. Non-stick is not a marketing slogan here, unlike my other "non-stick" pans . Remember that this pan is great for many things, but it can't cook on high heat. It isn't designed to be your primary pan. I use it to make things that don't need added fat for flavor & cook at medium to low temperature. Eggs, dark-meat chicken and naturally fattier cuts of meat & fish have never been this healthy & comparatively low-calorie. I actually taste my food instead of unnecessary butter or oil.As the coating doesn't hold up past medium temperature settings or with metal utensils, so the pan can be ruined by a careless cook. I don't ever put it higher than 6 on my electric range and haven't had any issues. These pans (I have all three sizes in different colorways) help me eat healthier & I've even had some modest weight loss. Apparently a lot of extra calories hide in butter and oil and it makes a difference for me. I'd strongly recommend anyone interested in health(ier) cooking give these a try.

Amazing pan
Extremely pleased with this purchase. A bit expensive but it is totally worth the money. The pan is made of stone - so there is absolutely no worry about ingesting toxic teflon/chemical stuff.I mostly cook large omlettes (almost daily) with this and there is zero stickiness. Comes out clean. Heat distribution is also fantastic. Super recommend for long term usage.Just make sure not to damage the surface with metal spoons/spatulas or scrubbing brushes. Just hand wash with soap & hot water which should get rid of any oil & greasy stuff.

Best pan I own
I just bought this for the second time. Got my first one 3 years ago and use it every single day for breakfast - eggs, bacon, and several times a week for meal prepping everything from veggies, steak, salmon/tuna. The heat distribution is excellent and cooks pretty much every variety of food very well. After 3 years of daily use it's still perfectly non-stick. I can even get a good sear on a steak while leaving the center bloody rare. For the record - my first pan wasn't even desperate for replacement yet, the bottom was charred from my gas stove, but when demo crews started renovations in the unit below mine at 6:13 am on the first Monday of the year I lost it a bit and repeatedly smashed the pan on my floor, in a less than logical way to express my discontent, while my dogs and boyfriend watched in horror. Honestly, other than warping at the junction between the handle and the pan, it even held up well, very sturdy. You should definitely get this pan.

So happy with the results!
Marinated chicken breast, top sirloin or pork sirloin chops (sliced into 1" strips) cook in less than 10-12 minutes and are juicy and tender. Follow Ozeri's instructions - 1/2 tsp oil for the 10" pan. I use cold-pressed avocado oil and low-medium heat when cooking and let the pan cool down before rinsing or washing. Cleans up easily - better than any other pan I've used and without the chemicals.

Fantastic line of pans and lids
We put these on our wedding registry and were gifted 3 pans and lids. We LOVE them!! High quality, durable, easy to clean, attractive. I am pleased with the company's instructive guidance on maintenance and we've been following their guidelines. We hope to have these for many years to come. Thank you, Ozeri, for making quality, non-toxic products.

Excellent

So easy to clean
Heat up quickly, cook great and are so very easy to clean. Expensive, but I think they will last a lot longer than, for example a Tefal which has a coating that always scratches no matter how careful you are. These pans have no coating to scratch.

No
Terrible pick for a high price! The heat is not distributed evenly. Also recently found that their stone line is actually Teflon (yes its true if you do a research) they just use PTFE as a name for the coating instead Teflon to fool people.
