I bought this bracelet not really expecting anything but I'm amazed! I have had terrible pain in my neck and shoulder for years after an injury and my job is very physical so the pain was getting worse. I've been to the chiropractor and have been getting regular shiatsu massages which have helped a little but in between visits the pain always returns. Some mornings I can barely move as my shoulder seizes up. I have worn this bracelet for 2 days and the pain reduction in my neck and shoulder is nothing short of amazing. It's improved more in 2 days than I thought possible, I'm actually in a bit of disbelief as I don't know how this can work as well as it does. I don't care if it's a placebo effect or witchcraft, I will never be without this bracelet again. I'm so impressed I've just bought another for my mum. I felt I had to write a review in case anyone else was on the fence about purchasing this item. Definitely get one to try. It's helped reduce my pain remarkably in 2 days so I can only see it getting even better with regular wear. I feel like I'm sleeping better too. Best money I've spent in a long time! Thank you 😊

As I only have very small wrists perfect for me fits ok. Nice colour and works for me. Would recommend but not for a large wrist.

I bought this to help me sleep but alas it didn’t work. I’ts a lovely looking bracelet, It’s well made and quite sturdy, you can mould it to the shape of your wrist and then ever so slightly pull it apart a bit to take it off, although I only have small wrists so i can just slip it on and off. Comes in a nice black velvet pouch. It’s good quality but it didn’t help with my sleep, oh well.

I have always been sceptical of these bangles thinking it was mind over matter. I have osteo and rheumatoid arthritis in both hands and can do very little normal things you do with you hands, even pikcing up a glass. My bracelet arrived yesterday afternoon and by the evening my pain had reduced to almost nothing when testing. The true test was this morning when I literally can't do anything. The pain is a 10 in the mornings. I'd go as far as to say my left hand was a 2 this morning and my right reduced to an 8. I've now ordered my second one for the right wrist. This one is sturdy but because it's a twist pattern it's not too hard to tighten and loosen accordingly. It's an attractive design and I'm getting used to wearing something 24/7. Long may it's success continue!

So I mainly wanted it for weight loss but also for back and knee pain, I haven’t used it long enough to feel any pain relief or weight loss, if anything changes I will update my review, right now I can’t recommend or not recommend as too soon but it’s sort of nice to look at

Can’t be arsed to write reviews normally but have got to say this actually works been a roofer for over 30 thirty and wrists had started giving me some right grief started wearing this 24/7 and no longer get pain in right wrist and that is saying something top coat of lacquer Ulis wearing off but I came to expect that the amount of times it knocked scraped as for it turning people skin green that is copper oxidation if it didn’t it would be fake

I was a bit sceptical but someone recommended this to help with arthritis in the fingers. I have worn mine for about two weeks now and actually I would say there are two distinct benefits. Firstly the inflammation has reduced noticeably. Secondly the pain is reduced by about 80% I would say. I shaped the bangle to fit my wrist closely ( not overly tight). It has not turned my skin under the bangle green yet. So I would really recommend trying one of these if you have arthritis in your hands.

It is a neat well manufactured bracelet, as yet not noticed any great pain relief but happy to have tried and still hoping even a slight improvement ,all helps.

Love it. I know with these bracelets they do tarnish and cleaning them with lemon juice and then soapy water is advised to keep the color but so far no tarnish. Good for carpal tunnel and repetitive injury.
